    "Blackmore charged for time he was not working on the job and for materials that were not used on the job. He walked out on the job before the job was complete and refused to discuss issues in an intelligent way. He took me to the Disputes Tribunal and lost both his claim and the counter claim to the vale of $8271 (Which was amount proven in the court he overcharged - approximately 20% of the cost of the job - but in reality he overcharged by more than that). He now refuses to reimburse me the… amount ordered by the Court. Enforcement no 434672104 - North Shore District Court. I would not recommend Brett Blackmore to anyone. He\'s a cowboy!"
