If your house is below street level or if your building has a basement, there's a good chance that you have a waste pump. If you own a cafe or a restaurant, there's a good chance that you have a grease trap and a pump.
Our team of skilled electricians work all across Wellington and the Hutt Valley. We can repair and maintain your pump. We are experts in many types of pumps, but deal mainly with Northwest Fastflo pumps, possibly the most common of residential pumps.
Regular pump maintenance is very important.
You should check your domestic pumps on an annual basis, while commercial pumps could require more regular checks and maintenance.

3 months agoWould not recommend. Called them with an urgent job/enquiry and was met with a very unhelpful receptionist. Had to call multiple times over a 2 day period to follow up. 2 workers were sent to our property to quote the job but actually never received any quotes and they left the waste pump to our property disconnected this was only picked up when we hired another company to come and complete the job urgently. We were advised by the other company that this should have never been left as it was a hazard and we were unable to use any water on our property.
We actually never received any quotes to this day although I wouldn’t have gone with the company but just shows they are not reliable and had no intention of actually helping.
Simple communication would have changed this outcome. I hope this feedback is received and those areas are worked on. -
6 months agoWhat a great experience..got an induction stove from 100%NewBolds Upper hutt and they recommend CMC for installation job. Got an quote and delivered the service on time and quicker than i thought and they planned. Invoice adjusted according to actual job. Lads who came to do the job polite and well trained do the job. Clean every mess they made during the installation like nothing happened. Craig, Rachel, Liam and Jack you guys are the best people i met for long time. Wish you all good luck to give more excellent experience for future customers.

4 months agoRecently has my Fastflow system serviced, and CMC were excellent. Answered my call while they were still on holiday, managed to get an early booking, and Darren was great. Would definitely used their services again, and highly recommend.

8 months agoI was extremely impressed with CMC Electrical from my first point of contact with Mandy who was extremely helpful. Liam who installed the DVS system was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. He is a friendly and courteous guy with a professional work etiquette. Thank you again for a job well done.

a year agoHave used these guys a couple of times for pump maintenance , after hours emergency call out and fixes . They’re always amazing to deal with . Rachel and Craig have an amazing team they’re probably one of the best tradespeople we have dealt with in Wellington . Great communication and workmanship .
