100%"Last Saturday night one of our commericial buildings was completely flooded. We needed our tenants to be able to return to work on Monday morning. We called Cavendish Carpet Care on Sunday morning and they came and sucked out 1000 litres of water from our carpets, working well into the night for us. 98%"After my husband dropping the crocket pot of fatty gravy on the carpet, blue with brown gravy stains, not a great look, called Caendish Carpet Care, great welcome, laughed over a real disaster light blue carpet with a chocolate brown fat stain which had set solid. No problem come out asked if we wanted the whole lounge done, no just the stains and we had another couple to deal with.
After looking at it, said it would be better to get the whole lounge done, I would normally shift everything… out of there way and lux fully, did not do this, I was at work, left husband to deal with it. Got the whole lounge cleaned, everything shifted, nothing too much problem, husband commented how friendly they were and everything was brought with them, no hot water or power used from the house.
The service was excellent, I have had my carpet cleaned not to this quality and less price, it looks like new, I am so happy with the outcome, and thank you all so much, glad we go the whole carpet cleaned, looks just fantastic.
