He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable, his advice is good, and includes options, and his charges are very reasonable. Murray first carried out work on my alarm system in 2017 and did some updating work recently so I could continue with a monitoring service when I cancelled my landline. He is also very personable."

    "I needed urgent help with my malfunctioning alarm , and Murray stopped working on his current job and was at my place within half an hour. I would have been happy for him just to disconnect the alarm and come back at a later date to fix it, but he fixed it there and then. His invoice was very reasonable, given the immediate service.     "Hesitant to seek an installer for a new alarm system No Cowboy's reviews gave me great reassurance. Murray Cole of Cole Security completed a thorough installation. Excellent communication, product knowledge and very competitive monitoring pricing won them the job from the 4 quotes I sought. Murray and his team of Aman and Shaun were great guys, accepting the challenge of hardwiring our 4,000 sq. ft home competently, turned up on time at 9.30 am, didn't stop for smoko until 1 pm, completing… the job in one day. I would happily recommend them."

    "Murray and his team were outstanding. Murray came to visit our property within an hour of our phone call. He provided an instant quote which more than met our requirements and arranged for installation the following day. He sent Amar round to fit the alarm system, another great guy who worked efficiently and respectfully in our home then took the time to show me how our system would work. That coupled with a follow up call from Murray to check everything had gone well made this a near perfect… experience.
