95%"Steven, his project manager (Lee), and their team of painters did an excellent job of our exterior home painting project. Exterior painting in springtime Wellington can be tricky due to highly unpredictable weather and gusty windy. The job was challenging also because our property is situated in a very high wind zone. The team took health and safety seriously and took necessary steps to protect our property and themselves. The team worked patiently with us as we chose our colours for different… parts of the project. The team made good use of clear weather, including over a couple of weekends, to stay on track with the timeframe. This pragmatic approach meant that time lost on wet days were made up when the weather was conducive to exterior painting. They are a very hardworking team. The job was completed on time. We took 3 quotes for the project, and Steven’s quote figured in the middle. We chose Steven to do the work because he came across as honest, understood our requirements, provided good advice, and was prompt with all communications.
Areas of improvement for the future:
1. Improved communications with clients to ensure they are aware when 1 more team members may be turning up to do the job on a given day or not.
2. The clean-up process—before completing the project—could be improved. Some minor finishing touches had unfortunately been overlooked.

They arrived on time, did what they said they would do and delivered a transformational and outstanding result.
Steven was always available, responsive to my questions, stayed on top of any issues, kept me informed of progress, stayed the course and pulled out all stops to ensure the job ran smoothly and on time.
Our job was extensive exterior renovation and full… re-paint of a large multi-level property, not an easy job. Steven and his team were the shining star of all the trades people we had on site and would not hesitate to use him and his team again.
