100%"We had Custom Decks completely replace a rotten deck which had reached it's end of life, and also replace the decking on another deck. Both jobs were completed and the work done exceeded our expectations.
The rotten deck was demolished and removed with no damage to nearby pipes and cables. The replacement deck is just perfect. Rob, Brendon and the Team are true tradesmen.
The job was completed in a timely fashion and on budget as quoted.

100%"The guys did an outstanding job on our deck so we asked them to complete a far more complex project to instal a matching hardwood staircase plus softwood banister rail over the somewhat random existing railway sleepers up to the house.
It was also a mathematical challenge to make it fit to the dimensions and angles.
Their attention to detail was superb and the end result is nothing short of amazing.We fully recommend them without hesitation and will also use them on our next project at… the rear of the house.

100%"We have just had our Decking Project (complete removal and renovation of decking around 7/8ths of our home) completed by Custom Decks and Fences. We were blown away by the advice Glen Beh provided from the conception planning to the building and resolution of some tricky issues that presented themselves during the construction. The Team of builders, Dave and Damon were amazing with their hard work, dedication during some nasty weather conditions and their respect for our neighbours regarding… timing of use of Skill saws etc., so as to effect as little intrusion as possible. They kept the site tidy, despite the weather causing some very muddy conditions and kept us, the client, informed every step of the way. When I was concerned with our original choices and asked them their input into a few changes, they were accommodating and very helpful with suggestions that gave us a better than expected result. When little issues popped up that required 'thinking out of the box' Glen and Dave appeared to pluck the answers out of mid air and the results were always seamlessly carried out to the highest standard and practicality with the end result belying the difficulty that the issues seem to present. We now have an amazing space(s) in which to entertain year round and that will outlive us looking toward the future. Two words spring to mind regarding these guys, Professionalism and Quality. on both occasions Glen came over as soon as we requested a quote, he explained the requirements and intricacies of the jobs we wanted done and his quote was rendered straight away, such quotes being very competitive. The jobs were started and finished within the time and cost estimates given and the quality of the… workmanship exceeded our very high expectations. The guys he sent onsite to do the work were polite and reliable, with no time-wasting and they cleaned up beautifully after the work was completed. 98%"We needed a bigger deck and a feature staircase built, so we had Glen quote us on the work as he had originally built our Fence. The quote was not the cheapest quote we had nor was it the most expensive, however we knew the quality, efficiency, communication and professionalism that Glen and his guys bring so was a no brainer for us.
The end result for us is a deck that gives us so much more space for entertaining and a staircase that looks amazing. We are so happy with the work these guys… have done, they have a high standard of quality and a great attention to detail, the outcome is better then we had thought.

100%"I recently moved into a new house that had a deck that was past its used by date, rotting etc. It is I guess a complex and larger deck ~55 metres over split levels and wrapping 3 sides of the house. I had asked Glen that I basically wanted to fix/replace the current deck and that if any parts were still fine to leave but we wanted a solid deck that would last.
Glen came out to measure everything up and then gave a quote which seemed reasonable so we went ahead.
The team that came… around were very friendly and extremely hardworking, you could tell they were doing things properly, taking their time to get things right and always communicating on what they were doing. The finished result is stunning, everyone in the street is commenting as are friends etc.

We will at some stage getting our fences replaced and will definitely be using Glen & his team again. I have no hesitations in recommending them and happy to share photos of the finished deck.
It did take a little longer than expected but really, I'd prefer that than a rushed job and I watched them sometimes and could see the attention to detail going in.

Excellent fence and very reasonably priced and done ina jiffy. Cant ask for more than that !! By the time other contractors had bothered to even contact me for a quote - the job was already done !!

100%"I received 3 quotes for my fencing job all from highly rated fencing companies on No Cowboys . While all were within $100 of eachother on price, it was the fact that Glen communicated very well, did what he said he would do and went that little bit further than the others which meant he won the job.
Once the job was won, the communication continued and the finish is excellent. Would highly reccommend Glen (and his right hand man whos name I cant rememnber) to anyone.
