    "I contacted Greg from Drainage unplugged to unblock a blocked drain. Greg quoted a set price for unblocking the drain ($285). Greg was unable to unblock the drain and informed me if he couldnt then no one could. He said it was a crushed pipe that would require a digger at an expensive price. The blockage was actually 20 metres away in the public line and Greg did not recommend to contact Watercare but planned to carry out works at my cost. I contacted watercare who unblocked it within an hour free of charge. Greg then sent me an invoice of $700 for his work even though he did not unblock it. I was very unhappy with this price as he did not inform me it would cost any more than the original quote. Plus he didnt even unblock it, and gave me wrong information about it being a crushed pipe. Greg’s response was volitile, he threatened to come back to the property and remove the repaired pipe that he originally cut - leaving an open sewer pipe from the toilet. Im sure this is illegal. He also called me a liar - saying I made it up that it wasnt a crushed pipe. Even though watercare unblocked it (it was blocked by a rag). I just found this experience completely unfair and stressful. Greg was not a nice person to work with, he did not respond to any of my concerns about him planning to do work on the public line at my expense or the increase in the amount of the invoice, even though according to the consumer guarantees act the final invoice must be within 10-15% of the original quote. I did pay in the end out of fear that he would come back on to the property and remove the pipe. But I felt the way he went about this was very unfair and for those who don’t have plumbing experience would be tricked into paying these ridiculous bills for not actually fixing the problem. I did tell him I would be providing unhappy feedback and his response was he didnt care as he didnt need my business and has plenty of other customers. I really don’t recommend this company as they have an inability to communicate with the customer to ensure a satisfied outcome."

    "Superb service and a lovely guy. Landlord arranged for Drainage Unplugged to sort out our hot water. Greg sorted it without any fuss and fixed our shower at the same time. Top drawer work. Recommend them greatly!"

    "I Amir Moazzeni contacted Greg Lombard from Drainage Unpluged to have a look at plumbing and drainage work at my place which was boughted in 2004 with drainage problem and he looked at it and he has down superb job with a resenable price.I strongly recomended to all my friends and still I will use your services when required in the future.
