    "Cowboy, avoid!!! Didn't show up when arranged, so I called and was rearranged for the following week. Then didn't show up again so I called again and was told they would be there soon, later found out that they had been sent to another job until I had called. The guys who physically did the work were great, easy to talk to and did a good job. But the guy who owns and operates the business is loose. He grossly overestimated our job for a full 8-hour day which ended up taking less than 3-hours to… get done. He was then unwilling to renegotiate the work and his response was "sometimes you win, sometimes I win", not the best customer service I have experienced. In the end we would have had plenty more work for him, which has now gone elsewhere."
