    - Good workers
    - Efficient
    - Followed OSH safety guidlines

    Cons:

    - Communication was not the best from them
    - Talked down to the client, came across as arrogant and were not interested in what the client had to say
    - Foreman was condescending and passive aggressive

    Overall:

    A good building company, however due to the cons listed above, I would advise using another of the many building companies and builders available in this area."
