    "We had our bathrooms renovated started last year (still going) and elite supplies our hanging vanity. There is a manufacturing fault in one of the drawers where it gets stuck and elite wouldn’t fix it under warranty. No response from their representative and they seem to be sweeping it under the carpet.

    The second issue is a broken mirror where the supplied unit had a broken corner. Again, elite wouldn’t cover it under warranty and they just washed their hands off it.

    During the buying experience they’ve been very slow to respond. That should have been a sign for us on their practices and work ethos."

    "Elite are a great business, well informed staff, friendly and helpful. We had great service from the team, great value for money and these guys have a brilliant range of products to suit any budget. They also helped with our tiles and kitchen taps so not just a bathroom only supplier. "

    "The staff there needs more training, some not very polite or approachable I would say. Some other are okay. But what happened is the sales person gave me 5 -9 working days waiting period for a showerbox, I understand sometimes things cant be guaranteed, so I have waited for 10 days for the item, which is okay. But the most frustrated thing is prior the day of delivery, I have received a call to confirm my order will delivered the next day, but on that day I have waited for 1 hour but no one showed up, until I caledl, they only got one of the items in their warehouse and no confirmation for my order on their board. How frustrated. Then I communicated with Louise which through the communication, she only blamed for the supplier caused the delay but not even say sorry for their lack of communication and no show that caused me time and reschedule my work, and even ask for me break down for the costs? They just think they did nothing wrong it's all supplier's fault even no show and no follow up call. I won't recommend use them, if it happens to me it would happen to others, I think it's the process problem they need to refine and staff training for customer service"

    "Elite Bathroomware supplied all our tapware. They were competitive with price and supplied an innovative solution when a part didn't work out. I would use Elite Bathroomware again and recommend them to others."
