They gave great timely comment and thought provoking ideas that proved invaluable to our overall house design. "The First Team is just that! I have now ordered three separate jobs, and the delivery has been just amazing. Thank you. Joe and Dan, two young fellas arrived 2min before our appointment at 7.30am, when I'm still barely functioning, but these two were on the case straight away. I really appreciated their can-do attitude, and solid independent advice that allowed me to make the right decisions.
Importantly, the Team members are problem-solvers and innovators around challenges. We have a nearly… 60yo house, with plenty of unforeseeable issues, but these were solved on the spot straightaway.

I'm quite convinced that the two didn't have a breakfast, nor lunch, and never accepted a glass of water - it was all about the job at hand! Just amazing. I could not have been happier. The great communication throughout the job helped with subtle changes and tweaks that really delivered.

On the third job a master welder joined on the Team - a teddy bear of sorts, with plenty of experience and skills to solve the biggest problems we had. Unfortunately I never caught the name, but with a baby coming in four weeks of time, he is easily recognizable for his love-in-the-heart conversations. As I told him (as a man), it's not the moment of birth, it's what follows immediately after. Kiss your good nights a good bye.

Thank you First Team! So glad that you are from my neighborhood, and deliver such an excellent job! There are many things to be done, so please count us your returning customer!

Dylan the apprentice (I hope I have his name right, it's been a couple of weeks since the job) came and made a fantastic job!!! He promptly came in to assess and provide a quote for a multiroom heat pump installation. Sam arrived on time and completed the job within the quoted price, there were no surprises. The job was completed to a very high standard.

"Excellent service.
We had Firs Point Electrical rewiring our house and also did all the electrical work on our renovations.
Their understanding and advise on what would work best but also what will save us power.
We ended up installing LED lights and had one of the latest heat pumps installed.
We had Sam,Alex and Shay doing some long days to finish of the job on time.
What a outstanding team and you can really feel that they all enjoy working together.
