    "Absolutely atrocious work and customer service. Promised to fix a splashback in 5 days - had to wait nearly 2 weeks and then turned up with wrong size of glass; took it away and two weeks later turned up again with wrong glass size. No one took accountability, and when I asked their owner what they were going to do about the fact that we had waited over a month for the splashback we had paid for and been promised, he said that they were going to walk away from the job and leave us to find… someone else to do it. Their solution to all the problems they had created was to leave us in the lurch"
