"I needed some wasp nests on my property cleared out. Wayne came out during a level 3 lockdown and he was wearing a mask and taking care to be socially distancing when I showed him where the nests were, which I really appreciated.

The job was done quickly and very effectively - all the nests were dead by the next day as promised.

When they quoted me how much the job would cost, they said it depended on the size of the wasp nests, so I was happy to see that it came out to the lowest price they had quoted me."

Explained everything out about what he was going to do , suited up (excellent Health and Safety) and within minutes no more wasp problem .. little kids either side of us so good to get rid of the pest. "Phoned Go Pest as we had a rat in our roof cavity. Sandra was very helpful and informative on the phone.
Vaughn came the next day and laid bait in the ceiling. As from the first night there were no more scratches and movement noises. Vaughn also advised us on the likely spots the rat entered and suggested some tree trimming."

"Wasp nest exterminated. GoPest's response to our situation was immediate and as they had a cancellation they were able to come within 2 days of request. Wayne was very professional and had excellent people skills and was able to provide a breakdown of his procedure and chemicals used. "As a school, it is important to us that pests are kept at bay as much as possible. Previous to Go Pest, I contacted another company as my Principal specifically requested that she wanted something eco friendly or as safe as possible to be in an environment with kids. After three attempts and two voicemails later, I lost hope in the original company and thankfully stumbled across Go Pest. After the first contact, Sandra assisted me with every single query I had. "We called Go Pest after reading some of the comment on this site. This is a small family business with Sarah taking the bookings and Wayne getting rid of the pests. They are based in Manukau but service most parts of Auckland.

Everything was handled professionally, and Wayne turned up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and recommended baits to get rid of the rat family who had taken up residence under the floor of our kitchen. Completely safe also for the cats and dogs in the neighbourhood. After a few days, no more rats! Wayne came back two weeks later and removed the unused baits.

Go Pest's service was fast, friendly and effective, and the cost was reasonable.
Highly recommended."

"Absolutely brilliant service, super friendly and very experienced. During our long run with a rat problem on the property Wayne has become part of the family, it's taking a while but we must have had most of the rats in Auckland around our place due to neighbours with a compost heap. We're certainly doing our bit to eradicate a vast population of rats. Luckily they haven't been inside. All traps and bait are carefully erected so as not to be accessed by my or neighbours cats, that is so appreciated."

Wayne clearly takes pride in his work. His prime objective was to destroy numerous ant nests ( various types ) and some rodents coming from the harbour inlet. He is well researched and identified the various types of ants. Provided advice on control, drew up a action plan which he then executed. Amazing result, far better than anticipated. Excellent "follow up". Is very aware of safety procedures, protection of pets and Family.
