    "We wish we had seen this site earlier. These guys are terrible to deal with. They are unreliable and held our renovations up for several weeks. We had problems we would not have expected even from people who know nothing about what they are doing. These guys are not professionals. Use at your own risk."

    "AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    These guys are afamily business and a complete Rock show, had 3 visits, numerous no shows, and through out the process, I didn't recieve one call from these guys. I had to revert to numerous cell calls to 0800 to prompt any action.
    Just not turning up was a theme.

    Workmanship - POOR. initial inspection was done and I was given an expectation of whait could be done - this was soon changed to "......... won't be completely flat, but better than before" - which… therefore changes all flooring options and I would of gone with a different approach.

    All I can say is stay away, you get what you pay for.    "
