100%"Joe did an amazing job repairing cracks around in the base of our concrete water tank and re-sealing the inside. He also checked our water pump, which was pretty old and needed to be replaced. The new pump is super quiet and now delivers a nice and even water supply. A loan water tank was provided while repairing the tank.
Communication was great and workmanship spot-on and everything was done in the proposed time frame.

100%"We were looking at replacing our concrete water tanks, as they had cracked and lacked. Someone recommended Joe, who came to look at them and gave us an extensive quote, detailing everything he would do. It was 10th of the price of replacing them so we went ahead. We had 2 large house tanks and 2 small tanks on our minor dwelling that all needed work.
Joe managed to do the work with no disruption to our water supply, he cleaned the inside and outside of the tanks, took photos of the inside… before and after and made the most fantastic job of them…they almost look like new! He also made a few improvements and suggestions.

Joe recently repaired our in ground concrete water tank that had some cracks and had started leaking. At a guess it’s probably close to 30 years old.
Joe provided a quote and plenty of before, during and after photos, describing what had been done, including some improvements to make the tank function better.
The inside of the tank looks almost new.
On time, efficient, professional and thorough. Joe also followed up afterwards to make sure… everything was ok. Highly recommended.

The job turned out a little more difficult than originally thought due to the age of the tank but Joe completed the work in good time entirely to my satisfaction. I have been testing it for the last 6 weeks but there is no evidence that there is any leakage. 98%"My water pump decided to overheat and stop pumping on Saturday late afternoon. A phone call to Joe and he was there before nightfall to put in a loan pump and take mine away to have fixed. As it was debri had fouled the pump causing it to jam and it burnt out the capacitor.
Joe quoted me on the fix which I was happy with and also carried out some extra work fitting a in line strainer before the pump and changing my filter. He also replaced our water pump which died shortly afterwards from an unrelated problem. He gave us good options for fixing or replacing and got the job done without fuss.

I was relieved to find that he knew the reason for the water going suddenly off after very recent heavy rainfall following on from a long, hot period without rain. Our tank is close to the house which in turn has a number of very large trees nearby that regularly fill the spoutings. I called Healthy water Solutions around for some planning advice for our new tank and water pump etc. Joe had a look at our existing tank from the inside and said he could repair our tank. Joe recommended vacuuming the sludge off the bottom of our tank, sterilising the rest of the tank water and installing a water filter. After that work, our water was delicious again.
