    "Extremely rude to me, quoted over 3 times what other contractors quoted and did the job for. Left equipment at the property then charged to come and pick up their own tools! Would NEVER recommend or use this company ever again."

    "Dave Henry recently did a small job at our Waikanae property (coordinated by a friend while we were out of the country) that should have taken a maximum of 1 hour but he charged us for 6 hrs of labour plus mileage of $160. When we questioned the invoice he was unhelpful and rude and not willing to work through the issue. Firstly he should have told our friend there would be mileage and labour costs associated with travelling to the job (every other tradie does this in my experience) so she could have made an informed decision about whether to engage him. Secondly he sat around in our house for several hours while waiting for a plumber to finish the job, without checking with our friend or us If we were happy to pay for his time or get him or someone else back to finish the job. This bill should only have been around $100-150 instead he has charged us over $600. A real rip off and won't even discuss reasonably, instead sending the bill to a collection agency.

    Suggest you avoid this guy at all cost!

    "Pleasant enough character - quite chatty and helpful. Although we felt the bill was a little high (over a $1,000 for investigating two minor faults and replacement of a $160 extractor fan), we were reasonably happy with this registered electrician.
    However, we were bewildered by his snippy email at the end. We politely chased to receive his invoice & waited again to receive the original compliance and electrical certificate (which we had said before he started the work that we needed for our insurance arrangements). We paid in full as soon as we received the original. it is not necessary to be nasty to a customer who was upfront, honest, flexible and paid, so we don't think we will be using this electrician again.
