    "Exorbitant bill (over a thousand) with no warning given. Vehicle still not running. Tried to give feedback that warning of such high costs is what I have experienced at other mechanics and would have been appreciated. Didn't take kindly to that and threatened defamation if I spread the word about our experience."

    "Took my car to this business for repairs. Garage had my car for 2 weeks and had minimal contact from them around what was the problem, even though they were told I needed car for the weekends. Problem still not identified/fixed at end of this time. Took car to another garage who identified the problem within 30 minutes and also identified 2 non urgent issues with engine to keep an eye on, which were not identified by this gargae..
    Gavin also got stopped by Police and ticketed for traffic… offences whilst driving my car during repair period    "
