"Adam and his team are craftsmen. Our new deck and fencing is a thing of beauty! Every board, edge & corner is smooth and perfectly joined. So much care was taken in the creation.
They work hard all day, arrive when they say they will, treated our property with respect and care, and communicated well at every stage. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Any issues they had were resolved quickly and painlessly (for us). The site was left exactly as they found it.
Cannot rate… them highly enough.

Howarth Construction are a rare breed of tradesmen in this current environment."

"The team from Howarth Construction were wonderful with this build. Very easy communication and nothing was too much. If there was a problem or change required it was discussed and solved quickly. A big plus for me was that they did not wrap my home in plastic (used tarps instead) and only produced 2 bins of waste over 8 months. We are very happy with the result. "

"Adam and his team completely renovated our house, including new bathrooms, internal restructuring, creating a new bedroom and some recladding and a new deck and entranceway.
Adam provided very frank and practical advice during the design phase, and as a result we managed to achieve exactly what we wanted within our budget.
Adam and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with while on site, and the job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, on time and on… budget.

In short - if you want it done right, I would call Adam."

"I had Adam and his team from Howarth Construction completely renovate my existing house with some tricky design features to deal with.This was a total gutting of the interior and a large addition at the rear of the house. All new wiring and plumbing ,3 new bathroom, new kitchen, laundry and master bedroom . The existing floors were polished and the new areas stitched to match. Adam had a team of 3 builders who would accept nothing short of perfection and they were great to work with.They were… polite and were always on the job making the most of the working day. The sub contractors Adam uses were all excellent as well and nothing was ever too hard. The house was finished in just over 10 months to an extremely high standard and the feedback from my friends has been excellent all commenting on the quality of the finish. Adam has followed up on all the minor finishing jobs and seamlessly completed the council sign off. I highly recommend Howarth Construction and if I ever take on another project Adam and his team will be my first choice. I do not make comments like this lightly and am happy to answer any questions people may have regarding my renovation."

"Adam has completed several building jobs for us over the years, the latest was overseeing our new kitchen.
Our house is in the country and we wanted to have the kitchen look part of the home, keeping the rimu as a feature of the house.
Adam worked with the kitchen company taking out the old kitchen and fitting the new kitchen in to the existing space, together they created a masterpiece which we are extremely pleased with.
The end result has made a huge improvement to our home and Adam… has completed all the rimu finishing work required to a very high standard."

"There were some delays on a subcontractor for part of this job, but I was kept informed of the delays and the work was completed on time against the new timeline.
Adam is easy to work with and explains things well. He delivers quality work at competitive prices."
