100%"I contacted Mada late on a Friday afternoon to make a time to come and connect 2 TVs to satellite in our house.
He messaged me back immediately, accomodating our timeframe. He was punctual, gave us options and completed the work exactly as requested. Price was reasonable for a beautiful tidy job.I especially liked how he took extra time to go through the TV controls and how they worked for the TV we had installed for my 85 year old Dad.
This is the second time Mada has done work at… our place and I am always impressed by his polite and professional manner.

43%"Mada fitted 65' TV to wall brand new home with all fittings in place so TV only had to be measured and hung. Mada took 3 hours to measure, he unscrewed things and went as slow as he could - a smaller TV was installed in another room - the job should only have taken an hour - Mada spent 4 hours and charged $749. The actual job itself is great but I feel very disappointed that he appeared to intentionally take his time in order to charge more particularly when there was no actual installtion… required, simply Measure for right location, Hang and then plug in. My confidence in fair consumer protection shattered"Madah Dragh responded:"Not fair, not true and misleading comments. - There is something called material charges, I supplied two wall mounts brackets, cost you $150 plus GST and it’s showing on your invoice as a part of the total amount that you paid. - the whole job took about 5 hrs as you see on you invoice, 1st hr call out charges plus 4 hours of labour to install two televisions, it was a demanding job due to your requirements in positioning the main tv set, you live in an apartment building and every time when I need something I have to walk all the the way to my car and this is a part of the job, so 5 hrs is not too much time for the installation of two televisions. - you sent me an email saying someone else is not happy with the cost and it’s not you, so all the comments you stated is not from you according to my understanding. - my communications with you was just perfect, I came on time and I replied to all your phone calls emails same day or next day, every thing was clean before I leave, you can’t rate me that bad on communication and reliability. Finally I offer you the following : If anyone else can do the job for less or even one dollar less i will do a full refund to you, just give me back the materials I used on site. 100%"I called Mada on a Sunday after we lost power to one side of the house, with no apparent reason. I am actually an electrical engineer but I could not work out what had gone wrong as none of the RCD units had switched to indicate a fault.
I found Icon Electrical on this no-cowboys site, as we are new to the area. Mada came around within an hour (exactly as he had said) and had resolved the problem less than an hour later. I found Mada to be very professional and a really nice person. He… was very respectful of us as he worked, and resolved the problem quickly.

Although our primary issue was the loss of power on one side of the house, we actually had several other electrical issues (RCD's tripping out randomly). We have just purchased the house and I had planned to call an electrician to investigate that, but Mada managed to resolve those problems as well, at the same time.
