"By far the best and possibly only honest plumbers in Christchurch based on my own experience and some stories I have heard from others! I've used Inline Plumbers twice now. Kain from Inline Plumbing came and replaced my kitchen taps and shower mixer which fixed long-standing problems in my air bnb. I was so happy that he was able to get there so promptly so as not to interrupt my bookings and get it all done in a really timely manner. It was also a very fair price too as well as doing a… great job of course."

"This was a very professional company to work with right from the consultancy to end product. The detailed notes given to us was great as not many companies do this. The ins and outs of the workers , worked like clockwork. They all knew what was expected of them but also what others were doing. They were a pleasure to work with and I felt quite safe leaving them in the house on their own. Sarah kept me well informed and was easy to deal with if there was a problem. "My first experience with Inline was back in 2018 when they received a slightly panicked phone call at 8pm when my hot water tank decided to self implode. The on-call plumber arrived within an hour and arranged for a visit the following day to discuss my options. Within 2 days I was up and running again with gas. I mentioned to the gasfitter that at some point in the next couple of years I was planning a complete bathroom reno. He said, "give us a ring, as we do them as well"... fast… forward to Feb 2020 and Inline have just completed a full bathroom reno. From the first visit when they ripped out the old bathroom until the cleaner at the end when the job was complete, the team from Inline were exceptional. The job - which took approx three weeks ran exactly as scheduled. As with any reno there are little things that crop up along the way, but the team communicated regularly and nothing was a problem. They arrived on time, when they said they would, and all members of the team were professional and experienced. Sarah and the team were easy to contact and promptly replied to any of the queries I had. Ultimately, I have a new bathroom that I am exceptionally pleased with, and I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inline to anyone considering any household renovations. "I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I used inline to do the plumbing, gas fitting, and electrical work, on my bathroom and laundry renovation. From start to finish my expectations were exceeded. They provided clear and detailed pricing, accommodated all of my requests, including last minute changes and extras, promptly answered calls and emails, arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. "So happy to be able to review Inline Plumbing. These guys are amazing, nothing was too much of a problem, a detailed itinery was given to us at the start of the renovation of both our bathrooms and this stayed on target. The few wee minor things that popped up (as can be expected from any major renovation) was dealt with immediately and we were always well informed. The skip left marks on our driveway but not a problem to Inline Plumbing - they are coming back to remedy soon. As they said… "we want to leave your house as if we have never been there" (except for the completion of amazing bathrooms of course!). Amazing, amazing service and people. Highly recommend to anyone!

"We originally were just getting ideas for our bathroom upgrade but it turned into a project. Johnny did the accurate measurements of the room while Sarah showed us what was available and gave us some good ideas. We were told where to physically see the units at the different retailers. We accepted the price and set a start date. A detailed schedule was supplied to us with the tradesmen turning up according to the schedule. The tradesmen were all polite and respectful and extremely tidy in their… work habits, cleaning up their work site at the end of the day.

We made slight changes from the schedule, and the tradesmen checked with us, that everything was as it should be.

The job ran a wee bit over the scheduled time at the end, due to the time of year where there were tradies off sick, which we accept.

Very satisfied with end result.

Have used Inline since on another project and am just waiting on a quote for another."

"Sudden crisis! Water leaking from attic HWC down on to the dining room floor. Horrors! A quick call to Inline plumbing, and Josh was here when arranged. I imagined that this would be a huge job, but it wasn't. Josh replaced an old stop-****with a modern isolating valve in a very short time, Problem solved. A cheerful and resourceful young man whom we will certainly call again if we need to."

"It began with Sarah, then Johnny came on board........and then the complete demolishing and outfitting of my decaying bathroom began. Wow, and wow again, the process was amazing. So many excellent tradies and contractors to thank for a seamless and thrilling procedure: Regan, the tiler from Toucan Tilers, whose skill and attention to detail blew me away (he was assisted by Geoff) and then, in no special order, was Josh, Jamie and Mark, all builders, who did the lining of the walls and the… "tanking", Matt did the electrical work, brilliantly by placing the 'isolating' switch in a cupboard and then (over and above) collaborating with Mark to produce the simple but sensational shelving on which I have been able to display three large beautiful shells and then to spotlight each of these shells - I tell you, to make this part of my dream possible - ausgeseichnet (outstanding)! Then Luke installed the magic (because I do not know how to work it) THRONE, aka the aircraft carrier - it resembles a small one, though it is actually a classful bidet. Ian secured mirrors to the walls and the shower, well that is indeed a good-looking and effective piece of work with its domed top.

The recently advertised infra red heater on the wall plus the heated towel rail will help keep the new, spacious bathroom warm and dry, thanks guys.

Lennie and his son Jordan lent their skills as first rate painters, helping me choose excellent colourings to offset the classic grey 'wooden' tiles. The desired look was meant to be a bush hut, but boy oh boy, the final result eclipsed that early idea.

Justin, the floor layer from McKenzie & Willis brought the whole project together by laying black recycled rubber flooring, working the weekend after returning 2.30am on Saturday morning (no thanks to Jetstar) from the Gold Coast. Too much for one diligent guy all on his own.

Sarah brought this venture to fruition, finally with sign off. Have to say I am very delighted with the final result (thanks for the beautiful white towels as a final gift).

"Inline plumbing have just completed a full Laundry refurbishment at our 80's house in Rangiora.
They commissioned a bespoke laundry unit with a laminate top,tub,dirty laundry draw and storage with room for an under bench front loader. Full marks to Aimee,Glen and Lindsay from 'Install concepts'.
We were thrilled once again by the communication, workmanship and friendliness of the whole crew. They project managed the whole job to perfection, including plumbing,electrical,joinery and… carpentry,plastering and painting and laying a new floor. It was an absolute pleasure to have them on the property."

"Fantastic job. Haden was so clever changing and fitting the toilet plumbing. The wall had to be cut away to do this and when the pan was back in place I could not see that anything had changed; there wasn't a mark on the wall and the base of the pan looked totally undisturbed, it was just as it was before. He cleaned up and left the bathroom exactly as he found it: A perfect job in very good time. Thank you, that was brilliant service."

"Inline Plumbing were great from the first phone call. They were able to schedule me in within a few days (to suit my schedule). The plumber was on time and quick to resolve the issue. He was willing to answer any questions I had relating to the repair and was polite enough to get my permission to go ahead and undo an overly tight thread incase it broke from the force (which it didn’t). The cost was surprisingly good as I feared the worst and expected a huge bill but this was not the case.… Will definitely be using this company again for any future repairs/maintainence."

"I cant give enough thanks to Inline Plumbing and Hayden their contractor for the speedy repairs on our hot water cylinder that flooded the ceiling cavity. What would normally be a fairly stressful situation was quickly rectified and the final bill was vastly less than anticipated. 110% satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber."

"This plumber attended one of our properties on behalf of the Harcourts property manager. We queried their invoice and prices charged for sundries. Charged $24.34 for 2 rolls of duct tape and $44.91 for a can of Rocol Leak Detector. All prices excl GST.
Upon query, they then confessed to have only used a small part off of 1 roll of tape. They then stated the Rocol cost $37.63 per can. In fact it is available retail for $27.30 from a number of ChCh outlets. All prices escl GST.
I was not… present during their attendance but based on their level of dishonesty with Sundries charging, I attach little faith in their other charges. No credibility can be attributed to this contractor and customers should suspect every invoice."
Johnny Gardner responded:
"Hi Peter, We were sorry to receive your email yesterday via your property manager advising us you were unhappy with the invoice we sent them in January. In our prompt reply to your property manager we advised that we take gas leaks very seriously as it can have severe consequences and due to this when we received the job on the Friday afternoon we immediately sent a staff member out to assess the safety, as our other gas fitter was on another job. This site visit was not charged for. On Monday our gas fitter returned to site to double check that the installation was still compliant. With the regard to the thread tape this was a genuine error and a credit has been applied as we advised in our email yesterday. We work hard to uphold our reputation and our core values include accountability and honesty. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen and we apologise for this. We have spoken to our staff about the importance of crediting any unused stock. Thank you for your comments regarding the leak detection spray. It has prompted us to have a conversation with our supplier in regard to their costs. "
