Today, we had a very small problem at the place and to my astonishment; 1) He answered his phone (so many contractors do not!) 2) He remembered who I was (despite us never actually meeting in person 3) He remembered the layout of the house and where the individual switches/ power points were (!!!) and 3) Within seconds and without having to look anything up, he was able to suggest the simple fix needed over the phone (which worked) .   "Ryan installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. He showed up on time, and did a good clean up, even vacuuming the floor. Our bathroom is now a lot drier. My only complaints are that he can be a bit hard to contact sometimes, and on windy days cold air comes back in through the vent, although I'm not sure how much this last problem is avoidable. We have had trouble in the past finding reliable electricians, especially for small jobs, so would recommend Ryan and Kowhai electrical.
  Within a… couple of hours of the above review being posted, Ryan called me to discuss the backdraft through the vent. He told me he could install something to stop it from doing this, but many customers find them more annoying than the backdraft. We will give it a while to see what we want to do, but in the meantime very impressed with Ryan's customer service"
