    "STAY AWAY from Kresta at all costs. I have been waiting 9 months for our order that we paid in advance for and have been constantly been let down by excuses and delays. We have had our windows measured 5 times for the same job and still no product. There has been no follow up on progress I have been the one contacting them for an update. Clearly there is a high level of incompetence absolute top notch cowboys. Hopeing to now get the full refund that has been promised and agreed not holding my breath complete rip offs"

    "The cords on our premium wooden Kresta Venetians have started breaking 2.5 years after they were installed. But the company A- took 6 weeks to reply to us and needed to be prompted about 6 times and B- now have replied to us saying that seeing aa we are 6 months over the warranty they won't offer us any help or repair whatsoever. Would strongly suggest not going with this company. "

    "Stay away from Kresta at all costs. Great sales person but have now been waiting 7+ months for my items. Terrible customer service and still not actually sure if my product will be installed. Avoid at all costs, if there was a “less than zero button” I’d select it. "

    "Terrible service and the quality of the products are poor too. No communication between sales people, those measuring and those installing results in curtains and shutters that don't fit, don't work and in one case didn't get made. Also be aware that their shutters are made overseas. After 4 mths they still have not corrected the issues."

    "I have never dealt with a company that is poor on customer service and delivery. I ordered shutters in Feb 2020 and they would take 8 weeks to come. Covid hit so understood there would be a slight delay. No communication from Kresta until we contacted them at the end of May. The blinds would be delivered in June. They fitted the blinds end of June. Two (bedrooms) of the four rooms were measured incorrectly and didn't fit. Measurements were taken by the fitter. Then another person came and measured. No further contact until we contacted them in October and they advised they were due on the 23rd October. That date went by, we contacted them and the reason given were delays due to port strikes in Melbourne. Still no contact afterwards until we contacted again, 10th December this time (must have been a long strike in Melbourne!). 10th December went by and we message them to say we were writing to Fair Go!......A miracle, they arrived and would be installed on the 17th Dec at 3pm. 7pm and the fitter has just arrived. Fingers crossed. Would I recommend them, NO. Stay away and take your business elsewhere....maybe a NZ made blind and shutter company....we should have!"

    I ordered blinds a few months ago, installation was booked for 10th Dec, however when they arrived, only the horizontal blinds were installed, my kitchen vertical blinds were no where to be seen, even though I was told they were shipped from Australia on the 11th November. Also I decided to go with kresta after recommendations from family, they were impressed with the service and were even left with spares should one of the horizontal blinds become accidentally damaged, I did not receive a single spare. Mount Wellington factory were not pleasant to deal with, very abrupt and matter of fact. Basically I felt that once you got my order you were not interested anymore. I enquired about paying for some spares, and felt no one seemed to know how to deal with this request. I definitely won't be recommending Kresta in the future, customer service shocking.

    The only positive to come out of this experience was that the installation guy was very proficient.

    "We ordered shutters which we were told would told 8-10 weeks to arrive, they took over 12 and not once did someone contact us to give us an ETA. When we rang because we wanted to book our install for when they arrived we were it wasn’t possible and it could be another 2+ weeks for install. When they were finally installed one was bent and cracked so we now have to wait 2 months for a replacement. Again no contact and very rude on the phone - worst customer service ever. Would not recommend!!!"

    "Had to get blinds mended. They did a terrible job at fixing them after demanding money first. Very difficult to get hold of them to fix their mess. Would not use them again or recommend to anyone else."

    "We have used Kresta before, and now after moving to a new house in Titirangi, we called them up to organise a quote for a 3 bedrooms house.

    They scheduled for Saturday 10am. Around 8.30am the Kresta guy changed from 10am to 10.30am. Then at 10.30 he calls me and says he is in Devonport and thought it was not worth to come around to measure and gives us a quote because it was going to be expensive for us!? He recommended us going to see curtains on other stores like Curtain Studio and Guthrie Bawron.

    This is very unprofessional! Truth is he didn't want to drive from Devonport to Titirangi on a saturday morning and his excuse was that it was going to be expensive. How do you know if we can pay or not???

    It's not the first time we were treated like idiots by Kresta professionals.

    On a previous experience the lady at Albany Store was trying to convince me that blinds have similar thermal properties compared to roll curtains??

    We will never work with Kresta again and are talking to friends about it. Such a bad customer service! Stay away!!

    "Sharon was great to deal with, patient through the changes we made and helped us out to get things in order. We were going back and forth with the type of blinds and Sharon was quite helpful in deciding which ones to go with. Great communication too. Took a wee while (almost 8 weeks) for the blinds to be installed but very happy with the end result. They look great. Kresta had a half price off sale at the time so worked out to be great deal for us. "

    "Bloody terrible. Blinds took 6 weeks to make and when they arrived were the wrong size. I have called 27 times including their head office in Perth and still no refund 4 weeks later. Also thier staff have no empathy, are rude and give false information to get rid of you.

    Whatever you do, don't get blinds from them. "

    "I got $2100 worth of the honey comb blinds for our 1898 villa in 2009 from Kresta Wellington. I was trying to get the heating bills down and improve insulation. From what I can recall the price was very competitive against Luxaflex similar product. I didn\'t have any of the issues that others have mentioned with the company.

    There was one blind that didn\'t fit properly due to a window not being square. Kresta promptly got in another one that fitted and installed it on a timely basis. I\'ve been very happy with the honey comb blinds, they insulate and can be pulled down during the day and still let the light in. The mechanism seem to be pretty good if you look after them and are not to rough on them.

    As a matter of fact I\'m looking at putting some more Kresta blinds in our new extension and I went into the showroom today and the manager greeted me and recognised me from 3 years ago! And by the way I am an extremely fussy renovator who shops around for the best deal and value for money. Should you want to discuss further please ring me on 0275 479 338

    "Make you pay before delivery, then don\'t deliver on time, make measurement mistakes, a huge battle to get them to fix these - very rude MD - just awful to deal with from the minute they have your money. Inferior thermal backing that turns black after a few years and can\'t be dry cleaned. Very bad service, no follow up - only quick to take your money."

    "DO NOT USE KRESTA BLINDS!! There products are rubbish, they drag their heels when there are problems. Very very hard to deal with, no commication within the company, and they tell you anything to make you happy!! Seriously, you would be better to get ready mades from an outlet store!!"
