"Engaged to install flashing on roof. Dominic appraised that it would take two men two days, and estimated around $5000. and said there would be a lead time of several months- fair enough. After several months two employees turned up and did the job in one morning- for a charge of 4700 including GST which was promptly invoiced. When I expressed surprise at the cost per time and asked for an itemised breakdown my emails were ignored, all I received was overdue payment notices.
Yes the work was… done, if a little rough, but the job was overestimated from the start, the charge for time and materials actually used excessive, and my emails were rudely ignored, though they were quick to point out that the funds withheld pending an explanation were now overdue. Difficult to communicate with in dispute, expensive to employ, average workmanship, wouldnt recommend."

"Very expensive for work done. Not easy to deal with. Minimal breakdown of charges for work despite initially being charged for work never done. Plumbing work seems ok. But wouldn't use again. Unreliable re work timing and poor communication about changes."

"Keep away from this place it will cost you a fortune.
Had I known this firm was on no more cowboys, I would have commented earlier. Their service is very poor and I my case, they would either send out plumbers who didnt know what they were doing or a different person would come out the next day or when the issues were not resolved. Couldn't get the same person from start to finish. Gave me bad advise thoughout the whole job. It was not until I made a disputed tributal application, that I… got a partial refund. Mike"

"If you want something done quickly don’t use this company. They took three week to sort out what I would call a fairly easy job. I gave them pretty clear details on the issues I was having, the main problem was a pump switching on and off. I got the impression that the plumber wasn’t a pump expert as he said he would disconnect mine and get their pump guy to have a look at it. A capacitor was replaced as he guessed incorrectly that this was the problem. Their communication is poor as I was… constantly asking what was happening. I was charged for three visits and time which was excessive. Wouldn’t be using this company ever again."

"These guys came out when I had been trying to get a plumber for 2 months. They sorted out plumbing in a new digital pump in our pump house quickly and without drama. We couldn’t get either anyone to turn up or if they turned up they didn’t know what to do. Great service guys much appreciated "

"I bought a property off one of there employees, ive got a sess pit that isent even connected to anything, stormwater pipes running uphill. Prety upsetting that in there own time kpl plumbers forget about standards and quality workmanship. Because of this i wouldnt touch these guys with a 10ft pole.****house guys. I dont care if its a cashjob. If your in a kpl van your representing kpl.far below average job. "

"Was super impressed with the professional job these two did. Located the leak was in outside pipe efficiently and quickly - gave me a quote and outlined what was needed - which I accepted - and they left to collect a digger and then worked all afternoon in the rain and cold, as it had hailed earlier, to dig up a channel on my drive. Job was completed so efficiently the drive was left in better condition than before. They restored my faith in tradespeople as I had just been ripped off for… this job by a trades person from Hobsonville who charged an excessive bill and did not fix the problem and then left without checking the meter to see if the problem was fixed. I checked meter myself and found it continued to spin when no water was used.

Phil and Beth were so good to deal with that it prompted me to write this. I highly recommend them."

"All I can say about these guys are that they are amazing! They were prompt to the second. So obliging and full of great and reourceful ideas that had us up and running in no time.
It was a pretty grotty job, but they were fast and professional and even trained us how to change our filter in future.
They really went above and beyond the call of duty with the supply and transport of a filter closer to our home. I really can't recomment thse guys enough.
Super duper service and we will… be using for all our plumbing requirements in the future.
