Let me just say on the side, I am born and raised in West auckland, for the most part Westied are straight up and direct people. If you muck LJ's around and dont keep them in the loop then why be… surprised if they cut straight to the chase? It's a matter of being honest with what your house and property entail.

For example, the new house we have, it has a shared drive way. So, I ticked the box on the form saying the property had a shared drive way. Not rocket science aye. It seems like many reviewers here tried to lie about what are the true spcifications of their properties. If you do this, dont be surprised to be pulled up on it.

Like other reviewers have commented on, we had late movers, were told we had too much stuff, had a lot of time being wasted where the movers are doing nothing, were yelled and screamed at (because apparently that's how you speak to people), had wrecked stuff, was told to help carry stuff..we kind of thought that's what we were paying them for...and… had visible eye rolling and snorting when we weren't carrying stuff. We can also add we were threatened to be beaten up (very professional).

In addition to above, Les would not take our stuff off the truck until we paid the extra cost of $300 above our quote; my only regret was not calling the cops. Next time we are looking for movers I will definitely be reading the reviews first! We were also not given a receipt and would suggest Mr Tax man come and take a look at this guy and his cowboy outfit."
