    "Worst move ever. Totally unprofessional, so many items damaged / scratched / missing. We paid for 3 men, we got Les, another guy and Les's three children. We paid $340 for house cleaning (Les's wife), including rubbish removal. When new owners moved in, house not clean, rubbish not removed. Les kept telling us we had too much stuff - since when was this a crime? Use this guy at your own risk - my wife's treasured walnut veneer coffee table ruined, two TVs damaged, various scractches on… furniture, boxes not labeled correctly - still hunting for TV remotes. Having met Les I am sure he will have a long story full of excuses, but basically its a cowboy outfit full stop."

    "I have personally used LJ Removals for 3 shifts now and we continue to recoomend Les and his team to our friends and family.
    One of our shifts involved split drops and this was done professionally and with extreme care.
    I will continue to recommend and use LJ Removals.    "

    "i confirmed the rate and date of the move. I confirmed the move two days before the move and he had the wrong date. Did not turn up at all on the day. I called and he said two hours away. I recalled and he said he had sub-contractor to do the job & they did not turn up. Had to move the next day. Turned up at 9.30am as arranged (tried to say turned up at 8.30am when the job was finished) Overcharged 1.5 hours at the end plus $20 an hour more. Wanted cash on the spot which I declined. Said… "I'll send the boys around if you don't pay" Never gave me an invoice as I requested. Would never use them again and neither will any-one I know."

    "I found LJ Furniture Movers to be extremely professional and efficient with their work. I was impressed with their speed of getting the job done, and with how Les coordinated the job with his men - clevery executed. Les communicated well with me throughout the day, as they had been held up by a complicated move before my one. The price was good, and their truck is a nice size to get down narrow driveways. I\'ll definitely call them next time I move. Thanks for a stress-free move fellas!"

    "Wow I have used a number of furniture removal companies but will only use L J for all my moving jobs.

    The last company we used took twice as long to move the same amount of furniture. so they were very fast, friendly and super easy to organise. Arrived right on time. I own a business in Ponsonby so have used these guys a few times before. and each time I fell like a very happy customers

    "This was the most unprofessional service I have ever received!!! I asked for half a house load of furniture to be removed, listed on their website for $75 an hour, they turned up 45minutes late with their full truck for $95 and hour, and mucked around for half an hour because they had to park their truck at the end of the drive and walk ten steps to it!! the owner – Les, called me YELLING at me telling me I should have told him about the driveway - which I did, I was so horrified I asked them… to leave (I am a small lady and my husband was away) they apologized and continued moving, once the truck was full, the owner of the company – Les, called and said the price had just gone up to $120 an hour!! I asked why he didn’t just tell me this to begin with, he said because then he wouldn’t have made any money at all!! THEN they charged me for an extra hour, and would not leave my house until I paid them - and only in cash!! The owner yelled and swore at me, threatened to come to my house to \'sort me out\' This company is COWBOY! DO NOT USE THIS COMANY the other listings must be fake because there is no way this company is reputable, I am taking them to court and pressing charges for threatening behavior- DO NOT USE THEM!!!"

    "Gabrielle and her partner whom we moved from Green bay to Mt Albert they had a 2 and a half to 3 bedroom house full of furniture, no boxes, no clothes in draws because they had moved all the small stuff themselves to save money. The dispute she had with me Les (Owner of L.J Furniture Movers) is simple I charged her extra to have my men walk their furniture up a 30-40metre driveway to reach our truck, had she told me earlier about the driveway i would have given her this information and the reason for the extra cost. Plus i would have put 3 men on that truck. The job only took 2.5 hours we charged her $120.00 per hour plus a $60.00 callout fee and my men left. No threats or any misconduct of any kind came from me or my men we conducted ourselves in a professional manner throughout this whole job. But we on the other hand have threatening messages left on my phone as well as text messages that her tough guy partner left me. It is currently with the Henderson Police station that assures me we have enough to commence proceedings against this couple. Meanwhile she continues to slander my company using this site I’m not happy with NoCowboys for not authenticating the feedback this couple have been spreading before they put it up. These customers have lied to all of us and still continue to spin deceit all over 2.5 hours of moving time \"Unbelievable”. I leave it to the reader as to whom you believe, there will be no refund what so ever from me as far as I’m concerned this matter is closed they can try scamming someone else."

    "LJ Furniture Movers were fantastic. Fast, strong, cheerful and careful.
    They didn\'t damage one item in our 3 bedroom move.
    They also didn\'t seem to slow down until the job was finished.
    Would definately use again.

    "Apart from receiving a confirmation phone call to confirm the time of the move at midnight the movers did show up on time. Their rates given were incorrect however and it's not the simple $90/hr as stated on their website. They do charge a % of truck filled also, as I discovered when they added a $40 call out fee on because the truck "was more than half full". As long as you don't mind unclear communication the move went relatively easily. Just make sure you have additional cash… to pay at the end of the move"
