100%"We used Ryan to help install out new kitchen and laundry. He had to remove the old one, fix all the flooring, remove a wall, and widen an entrance to the lounge area. I highly recommend him. He also managed all the subcontractors, and liaised with the kitchen installer. Every person he used did an excellent job, and so did every member of his team. 100%"I live in the UK and needed to find a builder urgently to address what I thought would be a small building job as part of a wider roofing project. Quite quickly, it became clear that the builder was going to play a critical role in sorting my problems out and that I would need to find someone who could get up to speed very quickly, who could communicate with me over text, email and mobile, who could be my eyes and ears on the ground, who could interpret my "risk profile" and work… accordingly, and most importantly of all, who I could trust. Ryan and his team ticked all of these boxes. They worked in well with all of my other contractors and went above and beyond to help me. Given that I wasn't even in the country, let alone on site, my job would definitely have presented some challenges to Ryan. I never knew it, of course, because he is the consummate professional. I couldn't recommend Ryan enough. 100%"I had some pretty firm (and it has to be said, different) ideas about a total renovation of our large bathroom. We asked Ryan to handle the job. He was fantastic. He is super-fussy about good workmanship, and getting the mechanics of waterproofing etc just right. But the best part was he brings a little team of great sub-contractors with him, and when they were needed they jumped into action. Where in Auckland does that ever happen??!! We had NO holdups waiting for tradies to turn up at all -… plumber, eletrician, tiler and glass company all available when he wanted them. Ryan was in constant communication, was able to offer practical compromises to save money while completing the renovation in line with what I'd imagined. He's more than a builder, he's a project manager who doesn't try and push his own ideas on you. Ideal. 100%"Three weeks before Christmas and we needed alterations to our bathroom - URGENTLY! Our old papa (83) has recently had a leg amputated and we realised he could not access the bathroom on his wheelchair.
I must have rung a dozen builders - all too busy. Somehow I stumbled on Ryan's dad (also a builder) and he said he would come and have a look and maybe his son could help. 7am the next morning I get a call from Ryan who had been rained off a job. We decided a wall needed to come out and… doors be changed around. Ryan and Keith started work immediately. A few days later we had papa home for a few hours and found out he could not turn his chair at the correct angle to make it through the door! I made an SOS call to Ryan and for the last 3 days he and Keith have been again changing the area to accommodate our needs. It has not been an easy straightforward job - but Ryan has made it as stress free as possible.
Ryan is an exceptionally polite, respectful, decent man who takes pride in his work. He has at all times behaved in a professional manner.

100%"Ryan and his apprentice have done a great job rebuilding our front deck. It wasn't a straight forward deck replacement, the deck been a s1950s bungalow porch with two poles supporting the roof.
I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a builder who is reliable and takes great pride in their work. He is the first person I will call next time I need a builder.

We do everything from Maintenance right through to new builds. We are based on the North Shore, but are happy to travel outside of the North Shore for jobs that are a week or longer.
