    "I locked my husband and I out of our house today and googled Auckland locksmith. One of the first names to pop up was Lockman Mobile Locksmith. Called the number and it didn't take him long to pick up, take my details and gave me a quote over the phone. He arrived within the half hour time frame he had given and helped us not only get back into the house but helped us changed out 2 other locks which had no key and made a spare lock for us. He was very professional, friendly and easy to deal… with. Highly recommended. Thanks again Phil!"

    "AMAZING service!! I locked myself out of my home and called Lockman, it was a Sunday afternoon, they answered the phone promptly, gave me a price and ETA. It only took 20 minutes for them to arrive and they got me back into my home very quickly. They also very kindly cut a spare key for me which was a massive help and were also very accommodating to me getting cash out for them. Phil was very polite and friendly and made the overall experience very easy and stress free. I recommend Lockman to… anyone needing this service. Thank you so much!!"

    "I locked myself out of the house and google locksmith who can can help me asap. Called a few locksminths in the area who are either not available or is charging exorbitant fees. Good thing I found Lock-Man and Phil said he will be at my place in about 45 minutes. He called back when he was on the way and advised me further on his ETA. Arrived on time, opened the lock in a couple of minutes and offered a free spare key cut. Awesome deal! He is very professional and easy to talk with. I would… highly recommend him.."

    "Phil went above and beyond. He skipped lunch to prioritise our urgent call out, and let us inside within a minute. Then, he cut a new key and found a flaw in our dead lock. He took the dead lock apart and sorted out a missing spring, which had been bungled when the lock was put in. What an expert! And he's such a nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and I'll recommend him to all my friends."

    "We needed to get some re-keying done for our new place as well fixing up a couple of annoying door knobs that didn't close properly. Phil was a pleasure to deal with. He contacted us before coming to let us know when to expect him and arrived when he said he would. He did the re-keying and made several copies of the keys like we wanted (even threw in a bonus copy for free). He was fast, super-efficient and very helpful not to mention great value for money.     "We lost our car key when stayed at Auckland Holiday Park - it was on a weekend and public holiday. We had no choice but to call for urgent assistance & we are very happy we called Phil. He cut the key but since we needed one with immobilizer he called another guy who sorted that out. Phil didn't charge for his job at all although he was on site with us for about 2 hours and constantly updated us on the progress, He even called our insurance company to see how they can help. He also gave… some sweets to our kids which was very nice and followed-up on the next day to ask if everything was alright and what was the outcome with the insurance company. We wish Phil all the best in his business and he is definitely the one we will be using in case we lose something else in Auckland!"

    "Two years ago when I moved into my rental, I had all the very old locks re-keyed. Lockman was fast, courteous, and changed 8 locks to be all the same and provided me with 8 keys (all onsite, with very little wait) for $200. This week, the lock barrel on the ancient deadbolt fell apart. The same guy came out quickly, got my lock fixed without the need for new keys or for replacing or changing any of the other locks -- and because of my repeat business, he declined to charge me his after-hours… callout additional fee (which I could ill-afford to pay).

    I can't speak highly enough about this tradesman's courtesy and skill, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of locksmithing services.    "

    "As a result of a night on the town Friday night, my house & car keys were stolen with my jacket! Phil was referred to me by a fellow locksmith, I called ALOT of other locksmiths but chose Phil solely on his very professional, straigh up, no bulls**t demeanor over the phone! Phil went beyond the call of duty and even picked me up from work and took me to the bank on a Saturday afternoon after work! He fixed me up with two keys for my car, went out of his way to ensure the job was perfect!… Great communication the whole way through, friendly, polite, professional work and even offered me a discount to cater to circumstances of which I refused, as I personally believe he deserved more for his work - Top Bloke!
