    "On 17 June I went to McCafe at McDs in Wanganui. I buy heaps of coffee from McCafe all over the country - this is the ONLY cafe that refused to click my coffee card and refused to upgrade a $5 coffee and muffin special to $5.50 as does every othe McCafe I have been to. But they made such a big deal about it. They told me they have their own \'in-house\' rules and the manager told me politely that if I didn\'t like it one of the other McDonalds in Wanganui may have a different policy. Surely… this isn\'t the point! MCDONALDS NZ - LIFT YOUR GAME. Disgraceful."
