Dealing with different people at Metro was seamless. Chris and Melanie are friendly and prompt with communication. I especially appreciated their patience when I delayed the install several times. The installers, Regan and Ian, arrived on time and their expertise was obvious.
The Merlin motor is super quiet, the door… runs smoothly and looks so smart. So impressed with our new garage door, it's a huge upgrade from the old one!

After contacting numerous garage door repair companies around Manukau Chris was the first one that got back to me within the next day or so. He assisted us by assessing the door and quoted for the repair due to impact damage for insurance. The door's manufacture and installation is within the quoted time of 3 weeks as well after initial deposit. The installers are very professional and installed the door adjusted it to help fitting my uneven floor to cover up the gaps. They've also… answered all my questions and advised me about the warranty and services required in the future.

I contacted the office twice , they told me they were very busy... after a week I rang again and they said they would come on Monday at 3pm. I arrived home from work Regan was here. My tilting door hadn\'t worked for many years, then the dog rammed it so many times it came off its tracks and everything went skewy, PLUS the motor had gradually died over this time.
