Reza was very helpful right from the first visit giving us advice and suggestions that helped us with our choice of bath and tiles even before we confirmed his quote.

He also worked well with our builder solving problems on the go and worked with us on our choice of patterned floor tile which comes in random colours and helped us get the layout looking great based on his experience with those sorts of… tiles.

The tiling job involved the floors of a bathroom and… separate toilet. The house is 48 years old so there was some unevenness in the floor level and the skirting areas. Reza did a pretty good job in smoothing out the irregularities to finish with a good surface.

1) He's responsive. How many tradespeople actually RETURNS calls? Not many. The number of tradespeople I've called in the past seem to have too much business that they don't even bother calling back. Well, not Reza. He called back very quickly.

2) He's reliable. How many tradespeople actually show up when they say they will show up? Some of them just show up whenever they want, many hours later than they said they… would. Not Reza - he's pretty much on-time. He also kept me in the loop about everything he's doing (e.g. the times he can make it for an appointment), which I truly appreciate. And his work is impeccable.

3) He's accommodating. Recently we had a very urgent job, and he came the next day despite heavy schedules - after all, look at his No Cowboys ratings - it's superb, and he obviously has a lot of clients. He obviously knows how to organise his time.

4) He's trustworthy. He works alone because he is truly committed to an excellent job done. Unless it's a very large scale job, he get someone he trusts to help out - he is reluctant to hire just anyone out there because of the cost to his reputation. You know a good tradesperson when they are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a good reputation!

5) He's friendly. Yes, he's friendly too! He's easy to talk to, he's personal, he's polite. Nuff said...!

6) He's very reasonably priced. For someone like Reza, I'm MORE than happy to pay a bit more than the other tradespeople, simply because he's reliable and his customer service is impeccable.

Reza is on my mobile phone's contacts list. I wholeheartedly recommend Reza to ANY of my friends and families because I totally trust his work.
