Multi Maintenance Ltd / Maintenance & Repair / Renovation in Henderson

After finding Multi Maintenance on NoCowboys with excellent reviews I requested a quote for a new gate at a rental property after the existing gate was damaged beyond repair during a storm. I also requested remediation of existing leaking and out of level gutters. Ekram provided me with a prompt quote response which included the following:
1. Remove existing gate and any rubbish
2. Install new gate like existing… 3. Clean and wash all gutters

4. Replace joiner on gutter

This is where the problems started.

1. Existing gate was removed as quoted, however property was left a mess when Multi Maintenance left (post excavation spread over lawn, concrete over pour, wood cuttings).

2. New gate was installed, however this was done to a very low standard of workmanship including reusing parts from the old gate, using "packing" plywood which was rough cut and splintered and not painting the gate black to match existing gate/fence (when questioned Ekram stated this was not included, even when i noted it was not specifically excluded from the quote).

3. Gutters were not fully cleaned, only in sections

4. Instead of replacing existing joiners and gutter sections, new joiners were inserted into existing runs leaving a very untidy and uneven finish (with varying falls).

On top of this Ekram was extremely rude to our tenant, was rude and dismissive to me when questioned about the quality, did not remediate defects/mess.

He did what he said he would do and went above and beyond helping out with a couple of minor repairs around the house. A nice guy and great work.… We highly recommend him and plan to use his services again when we move to our new house."
