"Won\'t ever take a car here again.
Lost my battery holder and told me that it was my fault after they replaced the battery without consulting me first. Overcharged for many thing. they claimed to fix a powersteering leak which wasn\'t there in the beginning, but within a week after my car being \'fixed\' it was leaking. The car had to be taken back numerous times.
Do not take your car to pitstop wellington (vivian st)"

"Very poor service! these guys have no idea about what they're doing. Big mistake taking my car there. Get this - took my car for a service (over priced service). 1st problem - they didn't know how to flush a radiator, aparently it's something they never do and I had to supply the radiator flush fluid and instructions on what to do. 2nd problem - the car didn't run properly after they were done with it! Was told that it wasn't running when I bought it in and they tried to turn the problem… around on me , rediculous!. After 3 days of them working on it, I went in and fixed it myself in their garage. Turned out that they had pulled the sparkplug HT leads out and not put them back in the correct order. Idiots! and after all of this, I still had to pay full price for the original service. Will NEVER EVER go there again!"

"Complete mistake taking my car to these guys, had to take the car there twice for muffler to be fitted (self supplied) and asked to come back a 3rd time..no way! Initally quoted $70for the job then tried to charge $520! Removed a centre muffler that didnt need to be removed and then told me car would not be warrantable as it was too loud (they have no LTNZ approved noise meter) then tried to sell me a new part worth $285 for a new catalyst converter which I asked them to remove in the first… place?? Welding work sub-standard i.e no anti-rust used on the welds and they put about 8 joints into the system as they do not have have a mandrel bending machine so exhaust was all sectioned with straight pieces of pipe. They are not undercar specialists just cowboys with a mig welder."
