    "Although I specifically asked if Rex gave free estimates he charged me for 2 travel trips. He also stated the job would be $200 and charged me $600. While discussing the job he said it would be $200 to replace the bowl. I asked him 'Is that $200 all up?' and he said yes. So I said 'Yes, please replace the whole thing.' I did not realize this meant any additional charge and he did not advise me of any other price options or mention any other price other than the $200. I will not use him again."
