    "Heat pump install. Unfortunately the installer said he couldn\'t put the internal half of the unit where we\'d previously agreed, so he shifted it over the other side of a chimney stack. We\'ve had several heat pump engineers in since to look at it and there is no reason that it couldn\'t have gone where originally agreed.
    Sadly the unit was installed on an angle (not level).
    I checked it with 3 spirit levels. Our builder checked it, as did our kitchen installer (he had the longest level of… all), and wait for it... the store manager at RightHouse Constellation Drive sent his \"Trusted Expert\" over (another wasted lunch time for me) to look. Now this chap is religious and says he cannot lie, so I asked him straight \"is it level\" and he says a flat \"no, it\'s not level\".

    So I asked the store manager at Right House to get it levelled. He comes over with a few people from the office (including the receptionist I think, and later (after I called to talk to him several times) he says it\'s level. Erm no, that\'s not right. So then he stops returning my calls. Nice. Naturally he had already been paid.

    Since then, we\'ve been painting the walls and took off the outer cover and found that the unit was installed with one of the lower clips over a lug, instead of under it. I flipped it out and back where it should be and now the unit is closer to level. It\'s still not perfect as the wall plate it hangs on seems out. It\'ll have to do. Shame n you Right House. They also installed Pink Batts in my house. I\'ll be reviewing that as well as they broke my phone line, cracked my ceiling and a few other things.

    Disappointed.
