"What a pleasure it was to find STS Electrical. They were amazing from my first urgent phone call of a broken hob. They came quickly, had wonderful communication, even helping me by sending a photo of the old hob and what I needed to buy and then returning once I had the new hob and installing it for me the same day. "I met Scott when he came to fit insulation to the powerlines for the roofing company that was doing some repairs. He pointed out some electrical issues around my house that I was already aware of but had given up getting quotes on from other "electricians" that would only do some of the work or were massively overpriced or not bothered. If this all sound familiar to you then STS, Scott, Cheryl and their team are your answer !!!
From start to finish they were exceptional , gave me… options to choose from and answered any questions I had and did the ENTIRE job timeously cleanly and affordably , I have already recommended them to multiple people and in future if I have any electrical requirements I wont be looking anywhere else. "We asked for a recommendation on our local fb page & many of the locals said to use STS Electrical, so that was good enough for us. We also saw the picture of the dog on the web page, so that kind of clinched it.
We had quite a few jobs, that had accumulated over the past year, that needed tending to.
We got a very fair estimate over the phone, then Scott & his apprentice came out. What a great guy, friendly & on board with what we wanted done. The jobs were all completed… well, no concerns at all & it all came in within the estimate provided.

Would recommend STS in a heart beat & will be keeping their card close for any future work we need done. Scott even put labels on our switchboard, which we didn't ask for, so appreciated.. Thanks heaps."

"I hired STS to install and remove line sleeves before I had my house painted. Scott and Cheryl were super efficient and made everything easy. Fantastic communication as well. "Scott and his team are working with us in redecorating our home. This includes new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Project managing the entire job could have been an absolute nightmare had it not have been for Scott and his willingness to be flexible to fit in with our builder, decorator and plumber. Scott has also given us great advice. He has encouraged us to look at safety as we are installing new ovens etc and had a very old power board. He has also provided us with sensible options, to more… pricey ideas we have had, and given us cost saving alternatives to consider. On the days leading up to the COVID19 shutdown Scott and his team went the extra mile to ensure, even though our kitchen had not been installed, we had power and all the necessities we needed to make it through this time. We are 100% confident in Scott and his expertise as a electrician. He understands what we want and continues to work with us to ensure our refurbishment meets our needs. A little bit about Scott's team: the office goes the extra mile with changes and time pressures and work is done on time and as agreed. "We had an issue where there was water streaming through a light socket following a roof tile having cracked. We contacted STS about it, and they came extremely quickly and checked the socket. "I'm very happy to recommend Scott and his lovely wife Cheryl at STS Electrical. Scott was great to work with, informative, efficient, and turned up when he said he would. He saved me a lot of money as well as I had a quote from another guy who said I needed a whole re-wire. Phew!!
Cheryl is great to work with as well. She's also very informative and very prompt with responding to queries etc.

"The team did a thoroughly professional job for us replacing our ancient switchboard, relocating our meter and getting our overhead electric and telephone cables moved underground. Everything from administration and quoting through to completion of the work was impeccable. We got exactly what we wanted, completed on time, with no stress or hassle. "Scott and the team performed a major refit of our home, converting all interior ceiling, wall and hallway lights and exterior lights to LEDs, and replacing all shower fans. Over 60 light fittings along with statement lights in the dining and kitchen area.
The job was completed to the highest standard, under budget and in less time than estimated. Attention to detail was excellent, and the team made sure there was no mess left behind at the end of the job. Scott and Eli offered excellent… advice on the best solutions for our current house and how we live, and the finished product looks excellent and works perfectly - its completely changed our home.
