Using filtered water, the windows dry without spotting or streaks. Simon is personable and very efficient getting the job done. Last year he also cleared the guttering which required a tall ladder.   "I read another review on here and a couple on our Local Facebook group, for Simon from Simply Window cleaning and, true to those posts, it was a fabulous customer experience.

  Our place was in desperate need of some TLC so I reached out to Simon for a quote. Simon was an absolute gentleman, being punctual, polite and professional - nothing was a problem.

  We went with that quote and he literally did top to bottom at ours; our fence, paths, guttering and windows - the whole exterior… including the garage. A good 6/7 hours worth of work. His quote was fair for the work involved and I like that I get to support a hard working owner/operator in a bloody tough year.
  
  If you’re reading this and on the fence of who to choose, just ring Simon. You won’t be disappointed. He takes immense pride in the service he’s provides. All the best, Simon."

  "Booked for outside cleaning of windows and was extremely disappointed. Absolutely terrible service, they actually missed windows (still had cobwebs on the window) the job done was shoddy and when contact and promised a redo it just didn’t happen and no contact was made as to why. Dates were rescheduled for initial cleaning as raining however they turned up on a random day without prior notice, this would have been fine if the job was well done. "

  "Simon and his whole team did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning the entire exterior of our house on a very wet and windy day. As well as the house itself, the job included all exterior concrete, gutters, decks and windows (inside and out). Parts of the house are high and difficult to access but even the uppermost areas are clean, cobweb-free and sparkling. Hard-to-reach windows, which were covered in pollen and paint, are also crystal clear. Char's and Dulee's finish on the windows is… amazing. However my vege garden got splattered - leaves turned brown - lettuce, beet, broad beans. I think it missed my parsley, garlic and basil.   "I would not recommend this company. Windows were not cleaned properly and communication was appalling. Paid cash and then received the invoice to say that it was overdue.
  Absolute Cowboys!!"

  "We are obviously very disappointed in this rating. We gave the customer every chance for us to return and complete the job to their satisfaction after receiving an email saying that they were unhappy however, they didn't respond to our request and then posted this comment. In regards to the invoice that was sent - a simple accounting error on our behalf that has now been rectified. Communication was swift and timely but we didn't hear from them in regards to a solution."

  "Simon from Simply windows did a fantastic job - he was very thorough and the job was done to a very high standard. Simply Windows were very reasonably priced comparative to other quotes.

  In addition Simply Windows performs shower glass cleans. When ordinary household cleaners can no longer remove in ingrain build up on shower glass Simply Windows can sealiy deal to that.

  A recommend the Company unreservedly.

  "I am absolutely delighted with the three jobs Simon did on my house. The way he washed/water blasted the outside- cleaned windows inside and out and restored my glass shower to its original glory showed how much pride and joy he takes in a job well done. At all times Simon was courteous and professional and I will always use him future for these jobs and recommend him to my friends. Incidentally his quote was less than another quote I received."
