    "Swift Property Maintenance had washed and painted a large apartment building that i manage.
    They did a fantastic job and where extremely well organized and top level when it came to health and safety.
    This project was not an easy one but they executed it extremely well with not a drop of paint spilt anywhere, which is hard to believe as they were painting while abseiling.

    "We have used Swift in the past for washing and painting our commercial buildings.
    and on this occasion we had asked them to fix a leak in our building, they had told us that for water leaks that they conduct an investigation at a charge out rate and this would find the leak and also what had caused the leak in the first place.
    Their conduct was very professional and in the course of this work they had found that the cladding was leaking in many areas into our wall space, they then advised us of the next step which was to remove all of our internal walls and identify all of the wet and rotten areas. (leaky building). they done this and then had tendered a very detailed report into the reasons behind and the extent of the damage and their recommendations to fix it (recladd). We had Contracted them to undertake this recladd with one of their subcontractors working alongside their own men. the result was outstanding and we knew exactly what was going on at all times and the reasons for it. We highly recommend them.

    "Swift Property Maintenance were asked to quote on a large commercial building repaint for us.

    The outset of the consultation was very professional and they provided us with a very in-depth and well researched report on the building and all of its issues, this resulted in us widening the scope of works that we wanted to get done. their quote was competitive and we ended up accepting their quotations (which was not the cheapest) for repair and re coating.
    the result was outstanding and their services has made our building more modern and efficient requiring less maintenance in the long run. i am happy that we opted for the best service not the cheapest. Would recommend them to anyone. James"

    "Everyone wishing to have a house cleaned should not use the services of this company. They were called, did a quote and it took 2,5 months for them to finally turn up to do the job. After the job was done, the invoice came within second to pay and that's when all the excitment began. The Office Manager, so she calls herself is a joke. Job was done extremely poorly, dealing with her was a nightmare. All she does is quote their terms and DEMAND payment. Totally unprofessional job, totally unprofessional customer service. Reported the experience to those that should know what this company does and how it operates. TOTAL COWBOYS."

    "The job in question was given at a heavily discounted price as a favor asked for by the customer for their property and their neighbors adjacent property. As a further favor we had been asked to add a free roof wash for both properties while we were there, which we agreed to, however advised the customer that the free roof wash was only to be a wash over of the roof and any form of scrubbing or brushing would not be used. Payment for these services were very delayed and only after a considerable amount of time was a problem with the service, especially a small amount of dust debris left behind on the roof was brought forward as a reason for non-payment. At this time swift property maintenance immediately met on site with the customers neighbor as customer chose not to attend to go over her concerns. We addressed their concerns in full, To which a resolution was found by way of explanation to the customers neighbor who had also received a large discount on the work done on his neighboring property, that the roof wash was a given for free and that the customer was made aware that the roof would not be scrubbed or brushed only washed by method of water blasting. He was unaware of the scope of the discount given and also the fact that the roof wash was done for free. The price we had forwarded to the client was extremely discounted as a favor to them and we were very surprised to see a bad review published by them after the large amount of tolerance given to them by swift. We had provided an excellent service to the client at a unbeatable price, in return for this we received contempt for having to pay the small amount invoiced and adding to this the very bad review given by this person eight months after the job had been completed. Swift property maintenance would happily provide any concerned customer of this review before and after photographs of the work carried out as proof of the quality of work.     "Swift were engage to clean the walls and roof of my house. They were unable to advise what day they were coming, and then did it without notice. Only about 20% of the house was cleaned. There was numerous examples of areas that had not been. The roof had not been touched. We attempted to get them back to remediate the issue but they just demanded payment until we looked at getting legal advice. They then came back to discuss and offered cleaning or the exampkles they had not cleaned, so about 20% again but the majority would still be dirty along with the roof that they said was fine, but had not been touched.. In the end we paid them to go away as they were unpleasant to deal with and offered no reasonable solution. Would not recommend."

    "This rating is the neighbor of the first rating which has again been posted 6 months after we met with them and addressed their concerns and came to the conclusion that he had not asked for the quote and was unaware of the scope of the work to be done. After this meeting the dispute was resolved and payment was made 3 months after the meeting and the service being provided. The reply I had made previously relates to both ratings. I find that the posting of these ratings 6 months after we had made the effort and addressed their concerns is silly, and it shows the problem for what it really is not one of us not providing a satisfactory service but one of us being publicly accountable for a lack of politeness and fairness from a customer who was getting a very large discount. If any member of the public wishes to be provided with a reference from one of our many happy customers please contact me and I would be more than happy to forward them to whoever requires them."
