    "I had 2x custom made, 3 seater couches and a ottoman made by Target, Mt Eden. It took slightly longer for the couches to arrive. Within a few weeks the buttons fell off. Tony their manufacturer was quick to repair these. Unfortunately, they are still loose again. My biggest problem was yet to follow. The couch fabric “plush turmeric” from Warwick’s had faded in all areas from sun light into my lounge through my tinted windows. Within six months or sooner “as it wasn’t originally detected”. The solution was to install blinds or lace curtains. An additional cost to me, and not the outlook I prefer through my lounge. I could have the fabric replaced with no warranty for future fading. I noticed that most of Warwick’s plush upholstery fabrics state the possibility of fading. So unless you live in a night club or have a shaded lounge don’t buy these plush fabrics!! Eventually, I came to an agreement. I kept the couch as it was to be removed a few days prior to Xmas and I decorated to match turmeric. On top of that a possibility of covid lockdown without couches. What annoys me is I specifically stated to the sales assistant, I didn’t want a fabric that faded.I also protected the fabric with soil guard as advised. I now have a half flat cream and half plush turmeric couch. As I circulate the cushions in time they will be fully boring cream couches. Previous to these turmeric couches, I had dark brown leather couches for seven years with no problems in the same area of the lounge."

    "We bought a bunk bed with mattress and a display showcase.They said,after one week On Saturday they will deliver the product .Our kids was waiting eagerly for bunk bed and it was nearly 3 o’clock then my husband called them.They said,product is not ready yet, can’t delivery today,next week they will deliver.My husband said,then before you should inform me but now I called then you are sorry or informing.
    For display they agreed to delivery on Monday,they did but again problem,it’s top is broken,door not work properly and we sent them pictures also,they couldn’t fix the problem yet.

    Today Saturday they delivery the wrong bunk bed again.

    Target Dominion rd, Mt Eden is waste our Time, Money and play with our minds also. Specially our kids became very sad and we are very depressed and unhappy for their stupid customer services and cheating mentality with different product, in fact would have given minus 5 stars. Complete crap

    "These guys (the Internet WEB STORE, not the MT EDEN BRANCH ) are absolutely terrible to deal with, if you have a fault or problem with what they've delivered. I've just had over two weeks dealing with these people, after they delivered two couches that were supposed to be a matching colour, but after looking closely they were of a slightly different shade, also two integral cushions on one couch had different shades too. During the first week I was very co-operative with them, asking for a replacement matching pair, they initially appeared to be interested in doing something about it, they asked for photos, said they'd email the products team to "see what they could do". Over a week later, they'd done nothing about it and didn't even say what, if anything they were going to do about it. The second week I still hadn't heard anything back, so I asked for a refund, thinking they'd be happy to do this given the run around I'd been given, and, we'd been living with drop covers over the couches to avoid any damage or spills, knowing we'd have to return them. But, quite the opposite happened. Instead of giving an immediate refund, they initiated further stalling tactics, saying they had to "check with the manager" before giving me a refund, then you wait for days hearing nothing back, then when you ring again to chase it up you get more excuses and apologies. At this point it was clear they were just fobbing me off with excuses It was only after I threatened them with a deadline to refund my money and take back the couches, did they finally do anything. They promised me an immediate refund, but I still had to chase them up for that by staying on the phone whilst simultaneously checking my bank account. My advice is, save up a bit more money and shop at a trusted, reliable and professional furniture store such as Farmers, Danske Moble or similar."

    "Very unprofessional and unethical people. Bought a brand new outdoor furniture and they delivered completely wrecked chairs with a promise that the whole 7 piece unit will be replaced with a new one within in a week. After making several calls and a personal visit to the store they confirmed the delivery date. On the day of delivery the truck driver informed that he is only delivering chairs not the table. I called the Store Manager he said that, he never promised to replace the table, even though it was clearly mentioned on the invoice that the whole set will be replaced. Returned everything and very upset for the time wasted. Felt cheated and shocked to see the dishonesty shown by the Manager completely lost trust in this brand. Please be very careful dealing with this team, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Ended up buying better quality and at a better price at Danske Mobler"

    "Bought a bedroom suite, was supposed to get it the following thursday. Someone left a message a couple of days before it was due to say the bed wouldn\'t be available. Rang to find out what the problem was, told it was out of stock and would be a month. A month later someone leaves a message to say it still wasn\'t available. Ring them again, say they\'ll look into it, noone rings back. Ring again a week later, they say they look into and call back... noone calls back. Ring a week later and tell them we\'ll return it for our money back, that gets them moving and manager calls back, offers a base until the bed arrives and guarantees the bed will be here in two weeks. Bed arrives in three weeks, missing a couple of bolts and slats smell like the tree was cut the day before.

    Never go there again.

    "Was told we were buying a leather lounge suite. After 12 months leather was pealing off. Target furniture were totally uncooperative, said it is veneer, are we doing something to damage it, they usually last quite well, etc etc . NO responsability. Perhaps naivety on my part when we purchased. Certainly were not told that it was veneer, and did not know such a thing existed. Should have been made clear to us. Will NEVER purchase anything from Target again. After sales service non existant "
