It is so nice to see your subject line clearly show what email is for and from who, I am sick of receiving invoices with the subject “invoice” from other service providers. Amazing that I can click on a link to view photos and proof of work done so no need for me to climb up on ladder to check before I settle the bill.
Walter who priced the job was so professional and excellent that I… had to give him the go ahead no matter what. He sent quote through on the day as promised unlike another company who came to see the job on the same day as Walter and I have not heard boo with their quote plus the guy looked dodgy so he was never going to get the job.
It is great that they don’t ask for a deposit which means paying one bill rather than spilt into two online transactions.

100%"These folks are awesome, from the moment I emailed to request a quote through to installation.
The person who came to quote was professional and thorough, we were provided photos and a couple of options for how to proceed.
We did obtain a quote from another supplier but the Insulation Warehouse was about $300 cheaper for comparable services.
When the installers arrived they too were professional and really good at their job. Worked at pace, but were tidy and cleaned up… afterwards.

Shell the operations manager kept me totally informed and the team delivered exactly what was promised. 100%"Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Insulation Warehouse. Walter arrived to quote and clearly knew his stuff, made recommendations but was not pushy. He was well dressed, then donned overalls to enter the ceiling and underfloor space, and removed them to talk to me after his inspection. Very professional and ensured dirt didn't come into my home.
Insulation Warehouse was understanding and patient with the delay from quote to install date which was due to other renovation… delays, and held the quoted price. The install team arrived on time and were receptive to my comments as to taking very good care of my home - leaving no marks, dents, scratches etc in my newly painted home. I left them unattended and came back to check when they were finished and everything was in very good condition.
All the administrative people I spoke to were accommodating and things went according to plan.

38%"Not impressed with the work done by insulation warehouse. The guy who provided the estimate was great. He took the time to measure all of the cantilevers of the house. The installers were cowboys. They separated a pipe join under the house while doing the install and said they'd have to return to do that area of the house. When I inspected their work, I saw that they'd also not done any of the cantilevers of the house which had been included in the estimate. Good thing it isn't our rental… property or we may have been none the wiser. When a second set of installers came to finish the work 2 months later, they were diligent. They shook their heads in disbelief at the number of places missing out insulation. When the invoice came, I lightheartedly asked if there was any discount for the plumbing repair. The rude and unprofessional responses I received from the office manager were appauling. At one point he claimed that the leak was there before the install and that his guys had done me the favour of fixing it. His story changed at every turn & he twisted my words against me. In disbelief, I emailed the franchise manager. To his credit, Kevan took the time to understand the situation and give a sensible response. Insulation Warehouse managed to find a way to crawl under my floor and insulate my whole house, which is now very warm thank to them.
The workmen were very professional. They left the house only after cleaning very tidy and the communication with the coordinator went very smoothly.

Right from the initial phone call which was very friendly and informative through to the guys turning up on time! to install. Andre came and measured up when he said he would (no delays, no rebooking the appointment) he was very down to earth, friendly and informative about the product we should use. He gave us the quote on the… spot (didn't have to go away, work it all out and email it through to us) We then booked it through Kevan, received a confirmation txt the day before installation to confirm we would be home. On the day of installation the guys turned up on time, did the job, cleaned up afterwards. The installers as with the other staff were very trustworthy and friendly. The quote process went fine and the installation was fine (done when I was told it would be and a good job done), but I have concerns that they haven\'t recommended the correct product for my house which is in a bush area. The product feels damp to touch (and under the house is dry). I phoned Ben to discuss after the installation was complete and found him very unhelpful - he maintained the product was right and… said he could come and look, but that his view would be the same. I had a builder on site a week later who said the wrong product had been installed and he was also shocked by the price I paid. A very dissapointing experience. 95%"Everything about InSinc set them apart from other firms we got quotes from to insulate our home. Two firms said our roof cavity was too low to work in yet InSinc laid GreenStuff throughout. The guys who turned up to do the job were good hardworking Kiwi jokers and we were at ease about the whole process. They were very particular about the safety of our home and family when it came to insulating around light fittings and cables. The qoute was accurate - no surprises in the bill.
