    "Our builder arranged for them to come and quote and he duly did, we were ok with the quote so asked him to come and look at the job to start work. He took a day to answer his phone....we then called him to say we were ready to start the job and never got a response, text him, left two voicemessages and no response at all. We then gave up and asked another tiler to come. Not only was the quote $1k cheaper but he started immediately and was able to do the work that this tiler claimed couldn't be… done. Would never use, can't communicate, expensive and not up to the job.

    A week later he casually text to say he would be around the next day to start. Forget it! Could not work with this man.    "
