"Topnotch project managed our major home renovation. The project was from May to August 17. We were satisfied with the quality of the work undertaken. Work was completed on time and to our budget. Communication with the PM and related sub contractors was satisfactory.

"Excellent service by the team at Top Notch. Really listened to me and tried their absolute best to work in with us and our budget. Communication was also very good, we were kept in the loop with all developments as they happened and I really appreciated that nothing seemed too much trouble and they were willing to look into all options for us. I'd definitely recommend them and I would use them again."

"We have been very impressed with TKC.
They were consistently organised, professional and always tidied up after themselves. They were always very considerate of our children and of their presence in the house.
Cameron is great to deal with and during our job we had major problems with a primary supplier which Cameron handled really well and solved without drama.
They ended up doing a heap more work for us and we have been really pleased with the quality of the work they did.
They even… turned up during after a classic Wellington hurricane one weekend (!) to check the house and make sure everything was ok.

At the end of it I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

In the score below I have scored slightly down for reliability but to be fair, this was for follow up stuff on work they did outside the original contract once they were technically finished and busy on other jobs.

As for value for money, they aren't cheap but they definitely aren't overpriced either and they are thorough, reliable and do a great job."
