"Ramez did a magnificent job on or kitchen/dining/laundry renovation which involved demolition back to framing, the removal of an internal wall and hot water cupboard, and location changes of both internal and external doors. He communicated well, his work was excellent and any potential problems with our plans were discussed before the work was completed. "He fixed our front deck, from a mess to a nice well-built one. Even the neighbor (who was a builder himself) complemented on how well it was done, with the nails all hammered in by hand which made it looks much nicer. He made sure that we were aware of the things needed to be done, and gave us options during the build.

Looking forward to getting him to look at another part of our house to get repaired. :)"

"I had a bedroom enlarged and two bathrooms completely renovated and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ramez and his team were very pleasant to deal with, offered excellent advice and were totally trustworthy. The project was managed very efficiently and all sub-tradies were competent and reliable. I felt that throughout the project Ramez 'went the exra mile'. I was consulted at all stages of the eight week renovation and the work was completed to a very high standard, the effect being 'classy' and way beyond my expectations. The total cost was very reasonable and it was definitely value for money."

The work was carried out on time and the labour cost was below what I had originally anticipated. "Have used Ramez and his team a number of times as I’m in the renovation business and need reliable, trustworthy builders to help on my projects. I’ve had plenty of experience dealing with nightmare builders in the past so am lucky to have come across his team. "Total Builders have honesty and intregrity and certainly are totally professional in their workmanship and skill. The professionalism during the build of a wheelchair accessible wetroom was excellent and the O.T. from the Hospital said it was beautiful and it is. Ramez built according to architect spec with fittings and understood the client needs. No short cuts, a perfect job from a perfectionist builder with more than excellent standards."

"Friendly honest hardworking. Being a first time renovator I felt very confident he would give me the best advise when I was not sure exactly what I wanted, but always left the final decision up to me. "Ramez has been fantastic ... we first contacted him to give an independent assessment of the damage in our place after a major flood. Armed with his observations we were able to confidently take the insurance assessor and their builders to task over some of the misinformation they gave the insurance company. Later in the year he fixed our garage where the guttering had come adrift and the wood it was attached to had rotted. All his work has been clean, neat, tidy and up to professional standards. The only reason we haven't used him more often is because he is often busy! :) Highly recommend!"

"Ramez (Total Builders) gave a competive quote for replacing the decking and stairs on my deck.

He advised when he was able to start the work and completed it on time after two days work.

He had to do some adjustments to the frame work of the deck as part of the Deck had a conservatory built over it some years ago. He was only replacing the decking outside the covered conservatory area.
He did a neat job of it."

"I have had Ramez do lots of work for me at 2 addresses I have lived in. He has built decks, knocked out walls and built new rooms for me etc.
I think he is awesome. Pricing is fair and uses good quality materials and won\'t do anything he considers to be of low standard. Just flat out says get someone else to do it.
I am very impressed with his work and he is so easy to communicate and deal with.
Cannot recomend him highly enough!!!!
Don\'t even bother to get other quotes now - just go straight to him"
