100%"He fixed our front deck, from a mess to a nice well-built one. Even the neighbor (who was a builder himself) complemented on how well it was done, with the nails all hammered in by hand which made it looks much nicer. He made sure that we were aware of the things needed to be done, and gave us options during the build.
Looking forward to getting him to look at another part of our house to get repaired. :)

100%"Ramez has been fantastic ... we first contacted him to give an independent assessment of the damage in our place after a major flood. Armed with his observations we were able to confidently take the insurance assessor and their builders to task over some of the misinformation they gave the insurance company. Later in the year he fixed our garage where the guttering had come adrift and the wood it was attached to had rotted. All his work has been clean, neat, tidy and up to professional… standards. He advised when he was able to start the work and completed it on time after two days work.
He had to do some adjustments to the frame work of the deck as part of the Deck had a conservatory built over it some years ago. He was only replacing the decking outside the covered conservatory area.

I think he is awesome. Pricing is fair and uses good quality materials and won\'t do anything he considers to be of low standard. Just flat out says get someone else to do it.
