Big job undertaken to cut this tree down section by section and removed with tight access and proximity to the house. Very large root mass under tree which required allot of grinding to gain access.

They reduced and shaped our trees exactly to our requirements, stopping to check at each point that I was happy with what they'd done. The weather was horrendous - very windy - but they got the job done despite the elements, no problem.

I liked that the arborist was advocating for retaining trees - managing them through regular maintenance, rather than removing them.

Our drive is narrow so… they had to stop the chipper half way down as it wouldn't go any further, and again no problem lugging the branches down the drive to the chipper.

We're now on a half-yearly maintenance schedule with them, which should keep the place looking great!
