However when a tree grew too tall and filled my gutters with leaves I asked Nina for advice She recommended removing the tree.and having a nice garden that would grow and be pleasant to look at..
Frands Cut the tree down with 2 other workers to remove the branches.. the whole job was completed in under and hour, leaving the other shrubs and small hedges untouched., Very… pleased .
Nina came about a week later and drew up a diagram of what she would like to do. I agreed and was told some of the small shrubs would come from another part of NZ and it depended on that supplier to be able to supply what she wanted. .. When the plants she wanted arrived the underground team arrived planted out the shribs and trees and extended the garden effect around them to icreate the whole visual effect. 40%"When we needed a company to take over long-maintenance of our garden, Underground Gardening was recommended by a friend. However, in the year that we used the company (I have just ended the service) we found communication poor, despite the fact that I had highlighted from day one that timely communication about when staff would attend was essential so we could ensure priority jobs were done. Service levels varied depending on who was sent. Some work was immaculate, some once-over-lightly, and… at times, essential tasks didn't get done at all. The people sent to us were usually young backpackers on working-holiday visas and some didn't appear to know much about gardening. Our house is in the bush in Titirangi and with constant vegetation growth and leaf fall it’s overwhelming to keep maintained. We needed our overgrown, weedy, dirty, muddy, leaf fally property tidied up. It was way out of control. We are delighted with the design, the planters, and the diverse range of plants and trees used to create our deck garden.
Access to the deck was through our apartment so we were most impressed that the Team… took every precaution to ensure no mess was made.
This also applied to cleaning the deck on completion of their work. When they had finished, the area was left in an impeccable condition; no easy feat given the amount of soil used and the restricted working area.
