    "I live in Grey Lynn. Waterworks, in Morningside, state on their website, twice, that they have plumbers all over Auckland with a 10-30 min travel time. They charged me for 1 hr, 45 mins to drive from ‘north of Warkworth’ to Grey Lynn. For a non-urgent job (a leaking toilet that they couldn’t fix anyway). The plumber was at my house for 15 minutes. I had prepaid $212. I was then billed a further $130 a few days later for travel time from WARKWORTH. I could walk their Morningside warehouse… and back in less time than that. Absolutely taking the ****. Such a scam. I would never trust or recommend these people - they trade under Grammar Plumbing probably because they’ve ripped off too many people as Waterworks. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional."

    "These guys were great. We had an issue with our gas heater not staying alight and they were able to fit us in. while the part wasn’t available they ordered it and returned to fit it within a couple of days, "
