  "The last job for the day. The repairer arrived grumpy and stated he was tired and didn't really want to clear the blocked dishwasher. Job took 45 minutes, spent 15 of that screaming at me and my daughter about not wanting to be watched, didn't have any towels or mats to soak up the bucket load of old, smelly water that came out of the dishwasher onto the floor/carpet. House was a rental so had none of this myself. Had no containers to empty dishwasher.
  His sticker on his invoice states 'our… customers are our most valuable asset..." Perhaps he needs to invest in having all the tools of the trade to be able to provide good service.
  
  Job was quoted over the phone at $75 call out which includes the first 15 minutes. John the owner who did the service invoiced the additional time for his rantings and called it 'extra labour'. He knew what to do, but came unprepared, over charged and his behaviour was unacceptable. Wouldn't use him or recommend him."
