"Had a great experience with all the team at Accredited Roofing when I decided to re roof . ( from concrete tiles to colour steel and new spouting )
Had lots of decisions to make , Vanessa was fantastic in guiding me through the whole process and helping me make those decisions. Both Steve and Vanessa very professional in what they do and how they conduct their business. A great team !
And the team on the roof, not a bad word , communicative ,polite ,considerate etc. all very good at what… they do. ,great workmanship. and tidy under the circumstances.

Very very happy with my new roof. And happy with the cost .

"We recently had our leaking 1960's Decramastic tile roof retrofitted by Accredited Roofing. We were grateful to have Steve,Vanessa and Chloe's advice and organisation to make this happen.The company was recommended by the Metrotile manufacturers.
We had quite a wait for our roof to be done as the weather over the previous few months was dreadful and there was so much demand for roof repairs.
Once the scaffolding was in place, the team arrived on a very windy day - four men, a truck of tiles… and it was magnificent to see them.They were efficient and straight into it as another stormy session was looming.They worked solidly all day until dark to achieve their objective. We were very apprreciative of Zane keeping the grounds tidy and rubbish taken away.

Once the job was completely finished they made sure the place was left tidy even though the weather had turned nasty again.

Thanks team. We have had a month of further heavy rain but no leaks!"

"Extremely professional and excellent team to deal with. First used this company after getting several quotes for roof tile clean and re-colour in 2016 from other companies. They stood out due to their attention to detail and the 10 Year Warranty. Not the cheapest but neither were they the most expensive. Work was done well by the team & so easy to deal with. Vanessa Huntingford their Sales Manager coordinates everything (wonder if she wants a job with our company?).
We had them come… back in Feb to do work on the renovated side of the house. They wont do the work if the weather is poor or the tiles have not weathered sufficiently to hold the paint - so ethical too. The team follow up and send out the Warranty a few weeks later. No hesitation in recommending."

"Accredited Roof Coatings has just finished my restoration project. They were so easy to deal with throughout the process. The work was done on the days they said it would and they showed me photos of the work they did at each stage of the project. I had three roofs repaired and repainted by them. They were very thorough with their workmanship and communication throughout the whole project. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for any roofing project."

"Accredited Roof Coatings painted my concrete roof. Every two and a half years they apply a moss treatment to the roof to make sure it stays clean and the paint stays looking like new. I definitely recommend this service to other people, even if you haven't had the roof painted. It definitely helps to stop any moss and lichen growing on the roof. Vanessa and Karen and Chloe are such a pleasure to deal with over the telephone and the young man who comes to do the job is also a pleasure."

He gave me some options for fixing the leak in my lounge. I got the whole roof fixed up and painted and it looks like I actually got a brand new roof. "Had a roof treatment completed for moss and mould. Paid full price (no one of the grab one deals they later offered). Was told it had a three month guarantee at three months no difference in roof. Rang and emailed told it needed to do its thing give it 6 months. At 6 mths slight difference. Again contacted company and they did not want to know about it. Finally after constant emails and phone calls a junior was sent around to spot treat even tough I was told and warranty said roof would be… redone. Over 12 months later it still hasn’t died. Would not recommend this company"

"Good morning. Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we did attend to your concerns, responded to your email and gave you updates to organising an inspection given the difficult access to the site being only on a Monday afternoon. This was resolved 3.5 Months ago with the treatment solution applied to your small pieces of remaining lichen. At the time of quoting your job an information sheet was sent to you explaining how the treatment works. This info sheet states the 3-12 month process of the growth dieing and being washed away by the rain. As explained, it can take 6 months for stubborn growth to start coming off the roof however with the drought Auckland experienced/is experiencing the growth has little or no rain to help it do its job. Our technical manager inspected your roof to find the entire roof other than a couple of very small pieces was in very nice, clean condition. The couple of lichen pieces were dead but hadn't yet washed away. The warranty is to retreat any stubborn growth which hasnt died but regardless of the lichen being dead and the treatment being successful we reapplied the treatment to those areas again anyway. Please note, the technician you call a 'junior' is highly trained in the application of applying treatments and we have images on file showing the roof has been treated with a nice heavy dose of the correct quantity measurement of solution. Im glad we could follow up and help you with your roof at the time."

"3 leaks in 1 year after resurfacing our roof and a bunch of excuses as to why the roof isn't watertight. ... you be the judge. Very disappointing result with no agreeable resolution. "

As per our conversation yesterday and my follow up email to you, our company expresses upset and disappointment over your discriminating words towards our technician. Our company is body image/size and ethnicity neutral. We did advise you, at the time of the project, that there were rust holes in your flashings and quoted to replace them. However you chose not to. This is why you are experiencing leaks. We resolved a seperate bedroom leak you had before the project, with new flashings and this area is still leak free. We provided recommendation for any possible future leaks and what was needed to keep your roof watertight in the furture, however you choose not to take the recommendation. We cannot be held responsible for this. Regardless of the above, we have offered to come to visit the property to repair the current issue. We await your permission to attend site."

"I highly recommend Accredited Roof Coatings for iron roof repainting. Our house - a two-storey bungalow with steep slopes and a complex roof profile - was a challenging job. However, as the company assured me, they are prepared to take on challenges. This included adding further edge protection to existing scaffolding and using appropriate safety equipment for the steep slopes. The job was thoroughly and efficiently done by Jordan and his mate. A careful chemical wash was followed by spot rust… protection, then the final paint job with a roof colour they mixed specially four our roof. The job was so well done that minimal touch-up work was required. The painters worked hard and with good will. The office staff and Steve the supervisor were pleasant and helpful to deal with."

Our experience , read on , they arrived on the day they had booked in.
Presentation and personality of the operator, excellent.
We asked the operator for some product in a bucket so we could clean a bird nesting box on a pole ,his response Ive got 70 m of hose I’ll do it for you , brilliant,
Price ,comparing other higher profile companies trying to justify their charges for the same work… Accrediteds quoted price was very reasonable.

Conclusion,would I recommend Accredited? Without any shadow of doubt"

"I got the decramastic roof resurfaced over summer. It had quite heavy moss growth in some areas. It was waterblasted and then resurfaced. Can't really say much about punctuality or tidiness as I wasn't at the property when the work was being done but I'm happy with the end result."

"Very nice job of painting our house exterior & longrun iron roof. Steve has a spray paint setup that leaves a great finish with good thickness. Steve & Cain made short work of a pretty big job.
