    "I called Advanced plumbing on the off-chance that they be available (given most seemed to be on holiday). I was lucky that they were, but Lance did have a busy schedule. However - Lance offered to come out and take a quick look.

    He arrived very quickly, had a look at my small leak then grabbed his tools and gear and had it fixed in less then 15 minutes! His charge was low and really reasonable, and I've put his details up on the fridge for my next (hopefully not) plumbing disaster! Great… experience."

    "I found Lance to be an amazing. He turned up on time, made me feel comfortable and most importantly, being a female and trying to explain the sounds my pipes were making was a bit difficult, but he understood straight away and with in 10 minutes had the job fixed and no more noises waking me up from the pipes.
