I'd been burnt previously and lost a deposit, by a less reputable company so wanted to ensure I chose someone reliable, which I found Sam and Alan to be.

Sam and Alan were professional from quote stage to the completion of work. The job turned out a lot harder than they expected due to having to get up and down a steep drive way and tricky landscape, coupled with… hot weather. However, they got it done earlier and faster than expected, and I was pleased with the result.

They great guys who did what they said they'd do, and I'd use them again and absolutely recommend them to others."

They know what they're doing, are fast, reliable, easy to work with, were very quick to appreciate the vision of what we were trying to achieve, and had great solutions to the few curve balls that popped up (as they always do with jobs like this).

The job involved 12 metres of fencing, 56 square metres of hardwood decking, and landscaping.

We'll be back in touch when we're ready to do the other side of the yard.

When faced with a few unexpected issues during the build, they made sure everything was sorted - no worries. They even went the extra mile to make sure that our other fences were dog-proof before they… left.

The job was done very quickly, to a very high standard, of which they can justifiably be very proud. We are certainly extremely pleased with the result. No request was too much trouble, even when an unforeseen issue with the landscaping necessitated a change of plan and extra effort including the re-positioning of part of the retaining wall they had completed that day. At the conclusion of their work… they also took the trouble to ensure that the site was left tidy: an effort we have found most previous contractors to be unwilling to go to.

Sam and his team demonstrated tremendous customer focus in all their work and interactions with us. Should we ever need any similar work done, Sam will be our first call. We cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!"
