"Chris Webb of AllTradeChris was contracted to fix a leaking skylight, replace rusted roof screws and a section of the ridge capping. The new flashing Chris installed around skylights was not correctly sealed resulting in water being directed through to interior ceiling causing substantial damage, roofing screw seals were also damaged during installation and existing roof scratched. Chris committed to come back on-site and redo flashing and repair interior damage; however this did not eventuate… and repeated calls to follow-up went unanswered leaving me to arrange alternative repair at my cost, not happy with service; follow-up or warranty."
