Alpha Drain Unblocking / Drain Unblocking in Mairangi Bay

I recently used this plumbing company to unblock our gully trap and drain. I was really impressed with their excellent service.
Found them online and emailed expecting a next day response. It was Sunday.
Richard called that same day. The process was clearly explained, a fair quote given, and we agreed a date and time.
Next day I received a follow up call from the plumber saying he was “on his way”. He arrived on time,… explained the process, reconfirmed the cost, and set about getting the job done.

The trap and drain were cleared, the area cleaned and all with very little disruption to our household.

He told me about the blockage and provided additional information about the type of drain pipes, location of water mains, possibility of future tree root damage and what could be done about it.

I was not looking forward to sorting this issue as I’ve received poor customer service in the past from other companies. No call back, late arrival and poor comms. I chose them based on pricing alone.

This company (Alpha Drain Unblocking) took the stress out of everything. They were professional, informative, efficient, cost effective and friendly. Great customer service makes a difference. Thank you."
